Summer Wash & Wax

I purchased a groupon for 12 cleaning sessions. I received 1 return phone for every 5-6 messages left with information. I finally reached Keep It Klean only to be told they didn't have enough staff to provide the service I paid for. I was told that if I was willing to waiit until the end of June, I could be placed on the schedule. The other option given was to call back in 2 weeks and scheduled once their new personnel had been back-ground checked. I took option 2. Another week of playing telephone tag. Finally I was on the schedule. The cleaning staff never showed up on the original date, I figured I wrote down the wrong Friday. I had everything set for their arrival, dog locked up, check for the sales tax, and a note identifying the rooms involved. I came home to find it was another "no-show" for Keep It Klean. After several phone calls, I finally reached the company. Only then was I told that there were not going to come for the arranged appointment. I was told they were not going to be accepting any jobs from Groupon, and I had to call Groupon to get the money I paid returned. I told the Keep It Klean that I was less than thrilled that there was NO communication from them about not showing up. The fellow's response was that they didn't have phone service for 3 days because of a move. Well, I had been trying to set up the cleaning since the end of March. Their excuse really doesn't add up in my opinion. Groupon was very accommodating in refunding the charge made my credit card. They were not, however, happy to hear the situation from me instead of Keep It Klean. The people at Keep It Klean did not conduct business in a business-like manner.
