+ -1 moreHe was extremely thorough. He was very good in pricing. Very cognizant in the fact that I wanted the deck finished by the end of May so I could put my planters out. He also fixed things that a previous handymen over several years ago never got right.
Description of Work: He did a long list of services around the house for me.

+ 3 moreJon the owner of the company is very professional and punctual and the quality of his work is excellent. A section of my hardwood floor had sustained water damage. Jon ripped the section up that was damaged and layed tile down and cut the trim perfectly where the tile meets the hardwood floor. He also hung some blinds for me. Also while he was here the float in my toilet broke and he replaced it. I will definitely be using him in the future for other projects.

+ 3 moreI was having issues with motion sensor light were it wasn't coming on at night and he replaced it for me and now I am feeling much more safe when I get home at night. ?I had all my smoke alarms all updated and I had mentioned to him that I had some issues with my fish tank. So, Jon, the owner of the business looked at it and fixed it for me. I actually contacted this company, based on a referral from a friend, for some help I needed mowing my lawn and repairing my mower. Jon, came back several times?to do it, thru the rest of the season. This is was a HUGE help, due to me breaking my foot and having to stay off of it for long periods of times. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone and the prices are VERY reasonable.
Description of Work: Replaced motion sensor light, installed smoke alarms, repaired lawn mower, fixed issue with fish tank. It seems that I don't have the option to separate pricing, so this above price is an approximate total for what he has done so far.
