Harry is a great guy, down to earth, friendly, and knowledgable. The screen on my laptop had gone dark and he worked on it while I waited. It turned out to be a bad display driver, which took him a while to isolate, but as with other repairs/upgrades he has done for me, he got it right. I highly recommend R&W.

They had great experience and went above and beyond trying to get Ethernet and cable ran through my house. It took them two days to run everything and worked through the night to meet that deadline. They have already been back once to check up on everything and they are planning on coming back again just to make sure everything is working properly. They will answer all your questions and let you know the best places to run wires. If I need any network help in the future I will reach out to them.
