+ -1 moreFrom the planning to completion we were very happy with this company. They clearly have a wealth of knowledge about greenhouses. Some issues which we expected to be difficult, for example the connection between the existing house and the greenhouse were resolved easily. Since construction took place in December and January, there were unavoidable delays due to the weather. The following stood out for us: 1. There were no unpleasant surprises. Estimates were correct. 2. The company owner always kept us informed on the schedules and responded to our questions promptly. 3. The work was done methodically with great care for detail. 4. There was very little disruption of our daily life considering that some of the work was done in our residence. The workers were invariably polite and respectful and also seemed comfortable with each other; no shouting or profanity ever.
Description of Work: Rockford Greenhouse Systems developed the design of a greenhouse attached to our house, obtained the necessary building permits from the city and handled the construction which included excavation, laying the foundation, setting up and modifying the sections (made of aluminum and tempered glass) provided by the National Greenhouse Company. The above listed cost includes all greenhouse parts, a gas heater and some other items but not the expense for electrical work and plumbing which was not handled by Rockford.

+ -1 moreThey were great to work with! They were timely, professional, and completely cleaned up after themselves. There was quite a bit of caulk inside and out, which they cleaned up. They even put the furniture back! They would also call ahead of time to advise me when they couldn't work due to the weather, which I appreciated.
Description of Work: They built a greenhouse initially and I just had it redone. They replaced the glass with a plastic material, which will save me significantly on my heating bills!
