flooring contractor
+ -1 moreI had him put down this laminate flooring. He was great at the beginning and then there was an issue with the flooring a few months after the job, in which I had a guarantee. I called him back but he would not respond back to me. I contacted BBB and the Ohio Attorney General and he responded with a complete lie. He told them that since I had my boyfriend do the removal of the base boarding the guarantee was null and void, even though he told us to do this! I had someone else come out to fix the issue and it cost 20 dollars! All of this hassle for 20 dollars!! Since then he shut that business down and when I was looking for him via a phone number I found this company and wanted people to know what he is about!
