Picture Perfect LandCare

This is my first year using Picture Perfect Landcare and I will never use them again for any service. It's only snowed a few times this year and each time I've had to call the office to ask when they are going to come and plow my driveway. The major reason for having a plow service is because my drive has a steep incline and it's never been plowed by the time I leave in the morning or by the time I come home at night. Today is Martin Luther King Jr. day and their office is closed and no one has come to plow the drive yet (it's 1:45 in the afternoon). That is completely unacceptable since every other snowplow service in the neighborhood has come for other houses...some have come twice! I've left a message and my neighbor has too only to get a recording that says "No one is in the office". I would not recommend you use Picture Perfect Landcare for any service.
