Mr. Ross was professional and efficient. He was right on time, and finished the installation quickly. Cost was below what I had expected to pay. The replacement looks great and works better than the original! I am extremely satisfied.

Our experience with Brian Ross was phenomenal. He had a wide variety of window treatments to choose from. He worked with us and our budget. The day our shades came in, immediately came over and install them. Took about less than an hour for the whole house to be completed. Brian offers an excellent warranty. Everything was on schedule with the quality promised. This is the 2nd time I've used More Than Blinds. I used them for a larger project previously and I am getting ready to use them for a 3rd time next month.

We purchased floor to ceiling blinds for four large windows in our living room in 2012. Friday the top of one of the blinds came loose and we contacted More Than Blinds for service on Saturday. The blinds were past warranty and we expected to pay for service and wait for availability. Brian called back the same day and personally came out to repair the blind that had broken. He also added screws to the tops of the other blinds and tightened up the controls that raise and lower the blinds. No charge!!! I am amazed that any company in this day and age has such exceptional customer service! I would recommend More Than Blinds to anyone! Forgot to mention, we have loved the way our blinds look from the time they were installed. Great quality and large selection. They still look brand new. Original price of blinds is what i put in for cost of service.

Brian Ross is one of the most professional individuals I have ever worked with regarding projects in my home. He is reliable, dependable and will not sell you something you honestly do not need. He is also flexible when working through an issue with a product that just wasn't the right choice. I would work with Brian without hesitation again and I will definitely let others know of my great experience with purchasing my honeycomb blinds with Brian.

Brian came to our house and showed us a multitude of blind options, fabrics, etc. They cover every blind manufacturer - so you are not limited. They were very patient with us, looking at all the choices. They came to install the blinds a couple of weeks later and they are beautiful. We are very happy with More than Blinds and would use them again.

Brian is amazing! He is responsive, punctual, informative, and truly knows the business of window treatments. He carries more samples in his van than are in many stores. He carries many quality lines in varying price points to fit any budget. He is friendly and answered questions I didn't even know I had. He went out of his way to help me choose the products I would love. He is very patient. The installation went very quickly. He is neat and cleans up after himself. I will never look at window treatments in a big box home improvement store again.
