Everything went fine. They are always there when you need them

Thumbs up to Miller Pool. I have used a salt system for 5 years now ( love it , dont even think about chlorine just by a salt system ) Anyway after 5 years I had a circuit board go bad, called aqua rite , they directed me to miller pool , they ordered a new board , came out installed it , and get this " no charge for the board " ! So just $80 for travel and labor and I'm back generating my own chlorine. Miller pool was courteous , honest and nice . A+++ 5 stars

We put a deposit on a 16x 32 oval pool. They said they would order us the pool we requested. 2 weeks later they delivered us the wrong pool. They had pieced together several pools and brought that to our house. After looking at the pool and the paperwork, we saw the pool was over 10 years old. The warranty on it was 5 years less then the one we ordered. We called Miller Pools and were told that - It was fine - they were the same pool. After talking with Doughboy - we were reluctant to keep the older pool, so we went to Miller Pools. They agreed to order us the correct pool. A week later they delivered the pool (May 19th). Miller Pools does not have their own pool installer. They contract their installation work out. The contractor they recommended for us gave us a quote and said it would take 2 days to install. We would need 3 dry days of weather (it was a wetter then normal spring) and then he would install our pool. We finally had dry weather around Memorial Day. When we called the contractor - he would tell us he would call us back - but never did. We continued to call him and Miller Pools. The contractor finally agreed to come June 9th. We took off of work - only for the contractor to never show and never call. We called Mr. Miller and the contractor and voiced our displeasure. We were told the contractor would be there am on the 10th. After several calls - he finally showed up at 3 in the afternoon. He worked for 3 hours - digging part of the pool. He showed up on the 11th and worked for another 3 hours - finishing more of the digging. The contractor was to return on Tuesday and Wednesday (June 14th and 15). He dropped off more supplies on the 14th and left. He then returned the 19th and finished digging and also dug holes for the footers. Once again he was to be here at 9. He showed up at 1 and worked for 3 hours. He then returned the 20th and dug the deep end of the pool - tried to move some of the dirt he had dug and left after 2 hours of work. He was to return on the 25th and 26th. He showed up at 7 on the 25th - to clean up the water in the holes - and then left. He never showed up on the 26th. We made numerous calls to Mr. Miller - he would call the contractor, the contractor said he was taking care of it and Mr. Miller would never call us back to confirm things were ok. We asked that Mr. Miller come on the 25th and see the mess we were dealing with (we had a garage full of pool supplies, our yard was full of pool pieces, the driveway had sand in it, we had a 18X36 foot hole in our yard with 2 huge piles of dirt beside it) - He never showed up. We placed our final call to Mr. Miller and the contractor the evening of the 26th. If the pool is not installed by July 1st - we will be returning the pool. Since Miller Pools has been in business for over 40 years, we never thought we would have the issues we have had.

Allan or one of his workers has serviced our pool for 2 years now, and they are the best. Allan was on time, as always, he brought it out when he said he would and installed it. Allan will give you his cell phone number if emergencies arise, and knows all about pools, filters, chemicals, etc. more than anyone I have ever met. Most importantly, he and his guys are great humans and we look forward to their visits. He knows his stuff!

INITIALLY, WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. ALLAN CAME TO OUR HOME AND SPENT TIME EXPLAINING THE POOL MECHANICALS AND TESTING OUR WATER. HE SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. UNFORTUNATELY, SOON THEREAFTER OUR POOL TURNED GREEN (NOT FROM ALGAE) AND HE WAS NOT ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM, YET HE CHARGED US FOR ADDITIONAL CHEMICAL STOPS. WE HAD TO SEEK ASSISTANCE FROM ANOTHER POOL COMPANY TO FIX THE WATER. IT APPEARS THAT ALLAN DOES NOT FULLY UNDERSTAND THE USE OF BROMINE. ADDITIONALLY, THE COMPANY WAS HIRED TO BYPASS OUR WATER PURIFIER, BUT INSTEAD REMOVED IT ENTIRELY.
