blind cleaning
+ -1 moreI really appreciate the level of concern and care that this company took in the cleaning of our honeycomb fabric blinds and in our particular situation. They volunteered to assist in a way that we did not realize was an option for us. They were wonderful and I highly recommend them!
Description of Work: Initially, I called Mentor Blinds and Draperies to clean 5 large honeycomb Hunter Douglas blinds in our home. The representatives arrived when expected and were extremely nice. When they began work on cleaning the blinds, however, the sun damage our blinds had received over time caused the "cells" to begin to separate at the glue joints. Instead of charging us for the cleaning or the trip that they were able to do, Mentor Blinds volunteered to send our blinds back to the manufacturer and argue on our behalf that the fabric should be replaced for us. This they did and the final cost of what we now have, which are essentially five new blinds on our original hardware, was the same as the bill for the cleaning would have been!
