Ok until he rushed off and I checked all the rooms for the smell of a deodorizer and found none. It was agreed on to be included. Wrote new receipt at the end with price only. Shiester comes to mind. Bernie said he would have the technician call in the afternoon to come back and apply, and I never heard from them.

Service was excellent. Sergio arrived on time, reviewed the work I wanted done and provided a quote. He explained everything he would do and got started. I had my basement recreation room carpet cleaned and the sectional that was in the recreation room. The room has not been used for years so everything was very dusty. He did a great job on them. The price was reasonable. I would have him back again.

They were prompt and very nice. The technicians were excellent. I had an area rug cleaned and the binding on the rug was torn when it came back and they told me that that was my fault because the rug was old, but it was not even five years old. So, I do not know what the problem was. I think it was when they put it in the machine to clean it. They rip the binding because it was not like that when it left here. We had a little bit of an issue with that. They fixed it, but it took a long time and they sent me a letter saying that my carpet was not up to par and it was not their fault. So, I do not know if I would ever use them again. It took them about half-an-hour to an hour to finish the job.

Greg and Dominic did a great job and were very professional. They were on time, actually they called and said they were able to get to us slightly ahead of the originally scheduled time if that was all right with us, which was good for us. They assessed the job up front, described what work they were going to complete and verified a few details with me about not moving a pool table(which I didn't want them to move). They provided a firm estimate up front, which was actually a bit less than what I was quoted over the phone, because I was able to use my Angie's list coupon! I won't hesitate to call M D Carpet again for my next carpet and/or furniture cleaning needs.

It all went very well. Sheila was wonderful in working out the scheduling for the initial pick-up and then the delivery of the cleaned area carpet/new pad and the wall-to-wall cleaning. Although there were delays on the initial pick-up time due to an emergency for another customer, it was not a problem as I was told what was happening. The final delivery and the wall-to-wall cleaning was on schedule as agreed. Jesus and Nick who did the work were very polite and professional. I will use M.D. Carpet again and highly recommend them to others.

I hired the MD crew to clean carpeting before I moved into a new house. They took care to ensure that the wooden floors and stairs stayed clean and they placed plastic "bumpers" around the corners of the walls and woodwork to keep their equipment from rubbing against these surfaces. The lighter colored carpeting was at least 2 shades cleaner by the time the crew was finished and they went over "drying" instructions before leaving. These gentlemen were attentive and professional throughout their visit and I would definitely consider using MD again.

I like that I can take the area rugs to them to be cleaned. I like them. They really do a good job and I like that they run it through their machine. I think it gets cleaner than the steam cleaning on the floor. I think they can take larger than a 9x12. Their prices are a little high but they are the only ones in the area that I know that do it.

We were preparing for our son's wedding which was in our back yard. About a week before the wedding we were preparing to carpet scrub our three 7X9 area rugs when I decided to just take them somewhere to have them cleaned. Angies's List provided the answer and we took them to M D Carpet & Rug Cleaners. M D took good care of us and got our rugs done the day before the wedding.

The 2 gentlemen who came worked quickly but took care to go over stains till they were gone. Great service for a very reasonable cost. There was over 1500 sq. feet of carpet that needed to be cleaned.

We called MD at 1015am on a saturday morning hoping they would be able to squeeze us in this weekend after we had called a couple other carpet cleaning companies that had no availability. The MD dispatcher said she had a truck in our area and would call the service techs to see if they could swing by. Within 10 minutes she called us back and said the truck could be at our house between 100pm and 200pm and the service tech would call when they were on their way. Service techs Andy and Manuel called us when they were about 30 minutes away and arrived at 115pm. We had requested a carpet cleaning in our family room (22x14) and a small bedroom (9x11), no furniture to move as my wife and I cleared the rooms ourselves. Andy and Manuel prepped and cleaned both carpets and then raked the carpet. Andy provided us with some helpful tips for keeping the carpet looking good between cleanings. Both Manuel and Andy were kind, efficient, careful, and clean. The price was quoted as $160, but with the Angies List Member 30% discount, came out to only about $115. And given that they squeezed us into their schedule on a saturday, that was perfect for us. The carpet looked, smelled, and felt 100% better when they were finished and they were able to get up several troublesome spots that we were not able to clean up ourselves with our spotbot. The process took Andy and Manuel about 1 hour from arrival to departure. They didn't seem to mind that I was hovering and watching the whole time while they worked.

I like the company. They do a good job and the workers are good.

They were very good, very thorough, very conscientious and took very good care of the furniture so that it would not be damaged. They were very professional.

I dropped my rugs off - it was done timely. I picked up the rugs and when I unrolled them - one still had some stains (I was told they might not come out) and the larger rug was wavy.

They moved my furniture and removed stains in a room that no other companies were able to. I have hired four carpet cleaning companies in the past and no one did as much work as them. I was very pleased.

I called MD based on the reviews on Angie's list. I was able to make an appointment within 3 days and based totally on my availability. The woman who made the appointment was very accomodating and pleasant. They were very punctual, professional and efficient. They treated and successfully removed every stain and my carpet looks brand new. It turned out better than expected. I felt the price was reasonable based on the size of my rooms. I would definitley use them again. The only negative comment I have would be that they advertise that the carpet dries in 30 minutes and it took more like 12 hours.

They'll give you a discount if you have a coupon. Geographically, they are convenient and they are good as far as friendliness and service. Unfortunately, they don't have anyone who can do repairs.

The price was good and they were professional and kind and nice and worked hard and did what they said they would do and I would hire them again, in fact I am calling them soon to do more for me.
