Very accommodating

The lady who took care of there was remarkable. She was very patient, she worked with us and she was very kind. That was a great experience. We had a few issues but they handled it and it went okay. The guys that came in and put the countertops were not very experience. They may have sent someone who is more experienced but they did everything they could and worked hard so I give them an “A” for an effort. They could have done pre-emptive stuff before everything was put in, like the measurements, instead of fixing after everything was put in. Other than that, it was a good experience.

They are fantastic. The guy did a very good job and he cleaned up everything. It has been working fine. The interaction was very good. He came in and did his job and explained a few things and left. The price was a little bit high. The guy was a little bit late on what he said. They had to order parts so it took them about a week to come out. We would definitely use them again.

Everything went for the ordering that Jessie did. Unfortunately there was a back order of six weeks which I could not accomodate.

I did pay more than the big deal. They are close and convenient. I have been using them since they were built. I had no problems. I will continue to use them.

Everything was done to our satisfaction. Everyone who has seen the kitchen thinks it's beautiful. It was a good experience.

They did a great job. They kept up to the time promised in terms of when they were going to come and do the measuring. The person who did the measuring explained everything to us and did really good measuring. It was a non-size opening and they did a beautiful job of installing the door. They caused us almost no inconvenience. They handled it really well. We were very impressed and very happy with what they did. We were lucky to get a really good deal on the door.

They did a crummy job. I have needed repairs on the new water heater since they installed it! They sent out two individuals who looked like they were just released from prision. They were very unprofessional! I would stay away from this company!

I use this store for most of my house remodeling projects because I like the one stop shopping. They were having a sale for carpet installation, and I took advantage of that. The installers did a great job.
