Description of Work: Friendly and collaborative staff helped us design a hall bath and master bath and closet remodel that will meet our family's needs as well as being aligned with our pocket book.

Description of Work: Installation of tile back splash. These were narrow tiles of varying length coated in stainless steel. Some tiles in certain locations are crooked, which is probably not noticeable to other people but the homeowners see them every day. Some uneven fill of the grout was also an issue. Overall a very intensive job with a lot of small tedious tile cuts. I do not believe I could have done a better job in the time frame.

Description of Work: My husband tried to contact them twice at the beginning of the month and had no response. Is this company still open for business? Edited: After some communication issues, we now have an appointment to get an estimate on repairing our deck.

Description of Work: I requested an estimate for remodeling. The owner was responsive, professional, pleasant and efficient. I am awaiting drawings before getting estimates, but am hopeful that Lost Pond will be a contender for the final job.

Description of Work: I used the services of Lost Pond Construction, Inc. to provide a quote for an addition. We did not use them.

Description of Work: I had some extensive remodeling done to the inside of my home. This work included remodeling the kitchen with bamboo hardwood floors, granite counter tops, tile back splash and a new light fixture. A new faucet of my choosing and new sink were also installed in the kitchen. I also had improvements made to the finished basement which included rebuilding and carpeting the steps to the basement. Work in the finished basement included new paint, baseboard molding and trim around all of the doors. Lighting, electrical and plumbing issues were also addressed in the finished basement. The bottom of several doors in the finished basement that did not close properly were planed down to clear the carpet. New window sashes on the top portion of all the windows were installed on the second floor. Water damage to the walk in closet in the master bedroom on the second floor was repaired. This repair included new paint and new carpeting in the master bedroom walk-in closet. On the first floor, a door leading out to the deck area was repaired which included replacing a rotted brick molding and repairing and reinstalling the storm door. A treated wood step was also added to the deck leading out of this door. Further, a custom oak entertainment center was built around the fire place area in the living room. This included new electrical wiring, painting and repairing drywall and installing a commercial grade wall television mount. A television I supplied was also hung utilizing the new wall mount.

Description of Work: They put an addition on to an '14*16' existing deck and made a new door for my shed.
