+ 3 moreTerrible. These folks work so fast they damage window screens, weed whack the siding and blow grass all over. They do not know how to landscape, or edge bushes and shrubs. They just chop everything up instead of making it look nice. When the mulch they do not even weed the flower beds. They are very slow plowing in the winter and do not do very good job.

+ -1 moreThey have a big team of people. I know that they get the job done in a single day. But I'm not too excited about the quality and the way it has turned out. He still has to do some work on it in the spring. I've used them just one time. They have to come back and fix a few things before I can decided if I'm going to work with them in the future. The good part was the speed of the work and the strength of his team to get the job done. The bad would be the quality of the top soil and the seed.
Description of Work: I have used Lassiter & Son for landscaping. They installed a new lawn for me. They had to grade and seed the lawn with the flower bed. It was a construction site. So they had to move the dirt also.

+ -1 more7/11/13 I called to ask for estimate. 7/16/13 Jim came over and spent a long time up on the roof. 7/20/13 Got a brief verbal estimate for some of the work. Said he would complete a written estimate. 7/30/13 Thus far has not given us a final estimate or called. We really would have liked to consider Mr. Lassiter, but looks like no interest on their part.

Description of Work: I have had Jim put new roofs on my houses for over 30 years. He has also done periodic repairs, the last one after the recent wind storm in November. He has always been extremely honest and has done excellent work, He comes when he says he will and his fixes stay fixed.

+ -1 moreThe ridge vent was installed in a few hours all the trash was cleaned up and removed from the premise. Very professional compay.
Description of Work: They removed the Cobra ridge vent installed in 2005 by a different roofer that restricted our air flow to the attic and replaced it with a new ridge vent to allow better air circulation in our attic. The Lassiter Family does a top notch job and have a wealth of experience and expertise.
