 + 2 moreLECO accommodated my (home owner) desire & schedule to do all excavating and fill. The work was compleded over a two week period with LECO making all city inspector & concrete delivery arrangements. The employees were conscious and creative in resolving job site problems. The LECO owner/POC was on site numerous times particularly during pours. Through out the whole process both the owner and the employees made sure that our understanding, desires & best interest were first priority.
Description of Work: Leak erie Companies (LECO) poured a foundation & pad for a 4X8 basement extention and laied 6 course of standard 8" block. They poured 48 feet of trench foundation including an external to the wall fireplace foundation all to or greater than city coed depths. Over the foundation a 16 X 20 pad was poured to a accommodate a room addition. The pad was given a smooth finish and later saw cut to control cracking. Then approximately 100 feet of 4 & 5 foot wide side walk was poured, then brume & tool finished.
