 + -1 moreThe experience was excellent. Personal opinions were sincerely taken into account, the neighborhood architecture was considered. The portions of the house that were to remain (the 1st floor) were used to create symmetry in the design using the placement of the 2nd story's windows and setbacks.
Description of Work: Services began with design consultations for a 2nd story addition. The addition was significant in that it doubled the size of my house. The services continued all the way through the final design AND the construction phase where it was necessary to consult with the building contractor. Multiple times detail drawings were created to illustrate to the builder exactly how to build what was drawn.
