+ -1 moreThe selling real estate agent called out Integrity 1st to look at a furnace that was flagged a fire and health hazard in a home inspection. They inspected both furnaces in the house and performed a minor repair of the problem furnace. The invoice indicated there were some problems with the electronic air filter, described the orifice that was missing and replaced, and the cleaning of the combustion cabinet. A second inspection of the furnace showed that the furnace still unsafe. The furnace is emitting more than 100 times the acceptable CO. Many additional issues were also reported, such as shoring wires, that were missing from the Integrity 1st inspection.
Description of Work: Two furnace inspection. Repair attempt on one furnace that was a health and fire hazard.

He is very punctual and calls me to inform if he will be late. He gives suggestions on how to keep my house energy efficient.
