+ -1 moreThey came out and fixed out computer. He always gets the problem straightened out. I think that his prices are very reasonable He spent almost a whole day on one computer and took the laptop home and spent another day working to get it fixed. He had the laptop about three days, but it was on a weekend. He has been great.
Description of Work: I have used Houser Computer Services to do some repairs to some computers.

Description of Work: Mark repaired our PC and notebook computers on numerous occasions throughout the last five years or more.

+ -1 moreThere was a mix up with the date and time of our first appointment. It was my fault that we did not make our connection. Mr. Hauser was very understanding and dealt with it in a very professional manner.
Description of Work: I had to buy a Norton product and update my email to comply with a new cable company. This sounds simple and it probably is for some, but not for me. After several attempts at solving the problem, I found that I had complicated it further. I won't go into the details, not because I don't remember them, but I don't want to advertise my shortcomings. Once I had contacted Mr. Hauser he had the problem corrected in short order. This was not the first time he had helped me. He also installed my new computer and the Vonage phone system last year.
