They were fine. I basically knew what I wanted, so I just walked in there and they had what I wanted at the price I wanted. The price was very good. I had no issues. They did a good job on the delivery too.

APPLIANCES WERE TO BE DELIVERED BETWEEN 3:30 AND 6:30PM; THE DRIVER AND HELPER ARRIVED AT 8:05PM AND LEFT HERE AT 8:45PM. BOTH MEN WERE MOST KIND AND HELPFUL; THEY HAND-CARRIED BOTH APPLIANCES TO BASEMENT TO SAVE OUR NEW FLOORS. OUR COMPLAINT IS WITH HHGREGG'S TRANSPORTATION/ROUTING POLICY--THESE 2 MEN STILL HAD 5 MORE DELIVERIES TO MAKE AFTER OURS! WE WAITED PATIENTLY FROM 3:30 TO 8:05--LONG TIME WHEN YOU COULD BE DOING OTHER THINGS.
Description of Work: PURCHASED NEW MATCHING WASHER AND DRYER, TO BE DELIVERED NEXT DAY.
