"Green and Clean" provided unprofessional and discourteous service in a botched attempt to clean our duct work. Their main accomplishment was to stir up and not remove vast amounts of dust in our duct work which has as a consequence been spreading throughout our house for two weeks since they did the work. In addition they severely damaged many of our wood register covers and left an oil stain from their old van on our driveway. Our ducts were not well cleaned and we did not get what we paid for. In fact because the ducts were not cleaned properly we now have considerably more dust around our house then before Green and Clean "cleaned" our ducts which has lead to substantially increased dust allergy reaction by our entire family and pets. The “Technician” who identified himself as the owner was uncooperative, surly and yelled at me in my own home when we asked him to be careful with our property and brought the damage he caused to his attention. We wasted a considerable amount of time and money on this company and now have to pay another duct cleaning service to professionally re-due the work we paid Green and Clean to perform. We wish we had taken the time to read more of the Angie's List reviews about Green and Clean before we hired them as they have mixed reviews and many are also negative. We deeply regret hiring Green and Clean and can not recommend them.

And now our response: We worked in your home more than 4 hours to clean your entire air ducts system, which included more than 50 vents, and you decided to give us a very high rating in the invoice for our work after the completion of the job (4 stars out of 5 ....) and you also told us face to face how good job we did so that your response here is very strange ... You tell us one thing and even give us a very good review in the invoice and write something else here, very strange ... In addition, we have many before and after pictures that show the wonderful work we performed in your house ... and we did every request you requested even though there were a number of strange requests that we would not write down over here to respect your privacy here, even though we were not supposed to do so. WE TSKE PRIDE OF OUR WORK! Habing few negative reviews is absolutely normal and if there is a customer who is not satisfied we make it right with the client immediately because this is our approach! we are getting better each single day thanks to customers feedback and take it very seriously! thsts the way to grow and getting better. A company that has only 5 stars reviews without any low review it looks very weird and not normal ... We expected you to appreciate the hard work we did in your home, but you chose to do differently, which is your right. We use the best machine on the market today to clean the air ducts and here is a video link to the machine- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uNdLBkuDfSQ The dust in your ducts work has been vacuumed inside our 4 motors 500 cfm machine and could not be spreading throughout your house, the dust in your home is because your other construction work you did after we left. We NEVER spread dust inside the home, IT DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE, again, all the dust is being vacuumed.
