The customer service was great. They were a little bit booked out when I called, but they were able to come anyway, which was really appreciated! They also called with a reminder closer to the appointment. The technicians came out, arrived on time, and gave me great information on my chimney and was very professional. The price was also very reasonable, and what I expected, I highly recommend!

Excellent job and customer service! It's the first time I got my ducts cleaned and I was shocked the amount of dirt and junk they took out from my vents. The technician was very polite and professional and I definitely recommend Green and clean!

We had a great experience with our chimney and air duct service. The tech showed up on time and got right to work. He inspected and cleaned the chimney and the air ducts. Also made some repairs in the fireplace. He gave us some tips how to operate the fireplace. We will definitely use them again!

I heard about Green and clean from my neighbor that used them in past and was very happy with the service and I must say that I was very happy with service, very professional, answered all my questions and explained me how to use the fireplace correctly, now I feel much more comfortable to have a fire. The service was good. Very friendly guy. He cleaned the chimney and firebox and we paid. We went out to buy a new refrigerator and got a call from the police while out. My trash can had lit fire and was starting to burn up the side of my garage. Luckily the neighbors behind me saw the smoke. The firemen were able to put out the fire. Luckily we only lost a trash can. They could not prove what started the fire. However, any intelligent person can put two and two together. Our chimney was cleaned, our firebox was cleaned (I mentioned that we had had a fire the night before so he was aware of possible hot embers), an hour after he left we had a trash can fire. I do not know why the ashes were disposed of on our property and in our trash but obviously they were. Upon calling the company to inform him of the fire I was met with indifference and lack of any apology. Which was shocking considering how friendly he was in person. He tried to reach me after I got upset and explain himself. I blocked his numbers and hope to never see him again.
