I went to Frankie and Dylan's for an estimate to repair body damage to my car. I was provided with an estimate in a timely manner that same day. After comparing their estimate with other estimates I received, I contact them concerning when the work could be done and how long it would take to complete the work. We agreed on a date and the car was dropped off on the agreed date. The work was completed as promised. When I picked up my car I was pleasantly surprised with its appearance. The body work was completed as I expected it to be and the inside of the car looked like it did in the showroom when I purchased the car almost two years earlier. I'm very happy I chose Frankie and Dylan's to do the body work on my car.

Frankie and Dylan's were so great to work with. They were timely and the work was done with perfection. We didn't have to pay for any of this out of our pocket, but we were picky because our car was only one year old when this accident happened. They worked with the other driver's insurance company so that our repair was hassle free. I would go back there in a New York minute. Plus, they are just so supportive of athletics throughout the Mentor community. They do business here and they give back to our youth.

Excellent! From the moment I walked in to ask a question, Jeff listened intently, came and evaluated the situation and told me when the shop could do the repairs. My daughter had hit few things with her bumpers and they were cracked. We wanted the car to be in tip-top shape before we sold it. The vendor repaired the car and it looked and drove like it was brand new when they got done:) We sold it for a very good price shortly after it was repaired and restored.

They are excellent. They were very timely. I noticed that there was a coolant low when I was about to drive away. They went back and checked and put a new radiator in there. That was significant.

I was very impressed with the handling of my repair. The estimate was prepared in detail and given to me. I got other estimates which were comparable to slightly higher, but I was impressed with the neatness of the facility, the conscientious nature of the staff and the workmanship. When I dropped the car off I was offered a ride home which saved inconveniencing others. The repair was done in a timely manner and I was kept advised of the progress. Coordination with my insurance company was smooth and efficient. I would recommend this business to others.

After the accident, I had no idea where to go to have the work done on my car. My insurance company recommended Frankie and Dylan's so I check around with some friends and people I knew that worked in the auto repair industry and they all agreed this was the place to go. I couldn't be any more pleased with listening to them! From the first contact to the last, I was put at ease and felt very comfortable with how they handled the repairs to my vehicle. They took all the stress away from me by handling everything with my insurance company, having one of their own rental cars waiting for me when I dropped off my vehicle, and keeping me informed with what to expect along the way. I found out that they have their own mechanical shop that does everything from oil changes to tires and alignments. I will never go anywhere else for repairs or maintenence on my vehicles. I can honestly say that I trust Frankie and Dylan's to do the best job for me.

I am really glad that I found this shop. I have used them several times. Once, to fix my son's car when it broke down, again to fix my 1977 VW bug. For the bug they did some mechanical work and some body work. They were also nice enough to check overt a Jeep I was looking to buy for my younger son. Hopefully, I won't have a need to use a body shop right away, but with 2 teenage sons I an sure they will. At least now I have one that I trust will give me the best price and do the best job.

The repair went very well. They did the work in the time period promised and it turned out great. They also worked well with the insurance company handling the claim.

I thought it was a pretty fair price. They worked well with the Saturn dealership just down the road. The dealership rotated the tires and changed the oil while Frankie's repaired the front bumper.
