MR. COPLEY DID OUR TEAR OFF AND ROOFING 2.5 YEARS AGO. WE FIRST CONTACTED HIM LATE LAST SUMMER TO INFORM HIM THAT THE ROOF WAS LIFTING IN SOME AREAS, SAGGING IN OTHERS, AND LEAKING BY THE CHIMNEY. HE CAME OUT, PATCHED THE CHIMNEY AND SAID THAT HE WOULD RETURN IN THE SPRING TO REPAIR HIS WORK (THAT HE GUARANTEED FOR 10 YEARS.) HE NOW IS TRYING TO GET OUT OF HONORING HIS CONTRACT AND HAS ASKED US TO 'MEET HIM HALF WAY' BY PAYING HALF OF THE RE-ROOFING! WE MOST LIKELY WILL HAVE TO PURSUE LEGAL ACTION.

PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. TEAR OFF AND RE-ROOF DONE IN TWO DAYS. THE PROPERTY WAS CLEANED THOROUGHLY WHEN THEY WERE DONE. THEY ALSO PUT A RUSH ON GETTING OUR JOB DONE SO IT COULD BE DONE BEFORE OUR WINDOWS AND SIDING WERE INSTALLED.
