I have used Tim Cohen several times over the years. I keep going back to him because he is reliable and does quality work.

We are so very pleased with the results of the work Tim and Alva did! Tim has done previous work in our house a few years ago and we were so pleased with that, we went with him again - and glad we did. Tim came for an estimate and explained a new way go cover wallpaper (with a special paint). It is more cost effective so that is the route we chose. Tim and Alva were prompt and quiet (I work from home) and the work was excellent. They cleaned up every day and answered all of our questions etc. As I have more work to do, I will certainly go with Tim!!

Tim's repair work was exquisite. I can't see any of the previous cracks. Tim was very neat, used dryers to speed up the painting of primer and two coats of paint. Then proceeded to clean up in any of the rooms that he worked in. Will be hiring him next year for more work. Very pleased.

As usual, Tim Cohen provided excellent service, doing the job thoroughly and correctly. He comes when he says he is going to come, cleans up afterwards and is available for questions. I highly recommend Tim for interior painting (which we used him for before) or deck maintenance.

This was the absolute best experience I have had with a contractor. The work was high quality. Everything is perfect. This is the first time I have never had to clean up after a contractor. The bathroom and kitchen were left spotless! I will have Tim back later this year to paint the master bedroom. You will be very pleased with Tim and his work.

Cohen’s Painting is a company we’ve worked with before, 10 years ago When we had smoke damage and major painting that needed to be done in our entire house. Tim and his crew were so professional that I would have nobody else do painting/repairs on my home. Tim Cohen’s crew work on one home at a time which is great knowing that your home is their top priority! The damage to the kitchen ceiling was repaired quickly. The repairs and painting of the kitchen and great room were all done in one day. The rest of the repairs of our bathroom were extensive, the a portion of the ceiling had to be ripped out to the studs and joists; fans brought in by the insurance companies cleaning crew but they left just a curtain of plastic covering our damaged bathroom and it was extremely cold outside (and inside since we had no insulation). Tim and his crew placed additional framing around the ceiling joists to make sure the drywall was firmly attached and wouldn’t sag. The attention to detail was heartwarming especially after fighting with the insurance company to get the funds to have repairs completed properly. The ceiling was repaired and the texture on the ceiling matches the original ceiling perfectly, you can’t tell the difference!!! I was so impressed. The painting of the ceiling and walls were done so well and I couldn’t be happier. Tim and his crew protected everything in the home perfectly and cleaned each night before they left. The areas that were not being worked on were protected with a plastic curtain and there was minimal dust from the repairs. I will say that of all the companies I’ve worked with on repairs/work being done on my home, Cohen’s Painting & Papering has been the most professional, reliable & produce such perfection and had such pride in their work; I highly recommended this company. professionally and cleaned each night before they left. The areas that were not being worked on were protected with a plastic curtain during work and there was minimal dust from the repairs. The curtains were removed nightly so we could sleep in our bedroom. The repairs and painting took approximately 9 days. I will say that of all the companies I’ve worked with in the past, Cohen’s Painting & Papering has been the most professional, reliable, produced such perfection and had such pride in their work; I highly recommended this company. On a side note, the work that was done was between Thanksgiving and Christmas, Tim had the kitchen/ great room done first on my request so I could decorate inside so it felt like Christmas! I really appreciated this since it is such a special time of year.

Tim and his crew arrived exactly at 8:00 am every day and usually worked until about 2:30 or 3:00 pm. -- cleaning up debris as they worked and leaving the premises clean and orderly each day. Our multi-step project was well coordinated, with 2 people working most of the time and additional skills brought in as needed. Initially, I thought the quote was high, but when I saw firsthand how much work was involved, performed by 2-3 people, in phases over 5 days, I felt it was fair. The work involved removing old dropped ceiling hardware, installing new drywall ceiling, minor wall demolition and reconstruction as well as sanding priming and painting. I am very happy with the finished project -- a beautiful, comfortable and usable room. Cohen's Painting was conscientious and diligent, and Tim and his associates were professional, courteous and pleasant to deal with. I plan to hire them for additional projects and highly recommend their work.

The crew completed all the work as quoted plus extras in the estimated amount of time. The entire time our office was able to remain open and operational. Great Job and highly recommended!!

It was a wonderful experience. Mr. Cohen kept me informed of the time, was prompt and professional. Their cleanup left our condo cleaner when they left than when they started. While not the most inexpensive bid, it was well worth the additional cost.
