Dan at ASAP Services was great to work with for getting a quote to remove my basketball hoop and concrete foundation at my house. Dan's cost estimate was very reasonable. Dan sent the worker out quickly once we agreed on the work and cost of the job. Dan gave me a price quickly and the worker did an excellent job and was very careful working in the yard. The worker called when he was on his way and we were very pleased with his work. We would use ASAP Services for any demolition type jobs in the future.

Dan went above and beyond to help me complete a project that was started by someone else who never showed up ! I was very impressed and thankful there are still people out there you can count on!

after so many installers gave me very different and very costly estimates to install ce he came next day ramic tiles in my basement, i called dan and hegave me his estmate after measurement and gave me idea of what he will do and even his quote was not the lowest i told him he will do the job. and i"m happy with his work and hisattention to detail and helpful nature. moreover he cleaned after work was finished. i h.ave found my installer . i would definately recommend him .

Had an unusual project, Needing to dispose of heavy furniture. . ASAP arrived when they said,, tore down 4 large heavy pcs of furniture and hauled those, along with other things to be disposed of, away. The guys were professional & cleaned up after.. Would use them again.

This handiman is a hard worker. He had a lot of jobs, but cleans as he goes. You just have to be patient. Makes sure you have what you want and need to finish the job. Thanks for doing a Great Job!

Dan was very understanding and worked with us to set up a time to fix an issue where we had some problems with a previous remodeling project. He was on time and did the repairs beyond our expectations and you know you got the right person when your dog is all about wanting to hang out with him too. Dan had all the right solutions and fixed our issues the right way. I would highly recommend Dan for any of your Tile needs - but I will say he can offer way more than just tile installation/repairs. Pricing was fair and upfront and we will be calling Dan for future projects for our home.

I contacted ASAP services to replace two concrete sidewalk squares that were cracked. He was able to complete the job within a week and was took care of the city permit for me as well. I would highly recommend this company.

I would strongly recommend this company! Dan was awesome to work with and did a fantastic job on replacing our walkway! He completed the work in a timely manner and was reasonably priced! We could not be more pleased with the finished product!

Let me start by saying that the head guy, Dan S., is a really nice guy! His crew is full of nice people as well (Mike, **Tile Dan** and **British Dan**. I enjoyed speaking with them every time they came to my house. However, my overall experience with ASAP Services was not good. I had them remodel two bathrooms at one time in my home. I was told that it would take 10 to 14 days. Lol...I should have known better. The project started off well on 11/19/20....about a week before Thanksgiving. However, as time went on, I started seeing them for shorter periods of the day. Other jobs started to take precedence over finishing mine. I would love to provide every detail, but the gist of the story is that 10 to 14 days turned into 62 days. My 3 bathroom home was under **construction**, for all this time while four people shared one shower. Instead of committing full days to **finishing** my project (especially toward the end), he started showing up late in the afternoon/early evening for an hour or so here and there. After the second time I got angry at being put off (often at the last minute)... and sent choice words via text, he told me that he felt attacked. REALLY? After getting most of the money he was owed, his motivation level for my project fell off. We exchanged a few texts and his solution was to QUIT on 1/20/21 and leave the job unfinished. He did us both a favor! He left me with some unfinished plumbing, a substandard bathtub porcelain repair, holes drilled in my shower tile and a glass shower door that needed to be installed. 62 days and running for a 14 day job is SO unacceptable! I was more than patient while he literally took more than four times longer than he estimated. The work was decent and his price quote was more than fair, but LITERALLY, 62 days of people running in and out of my house during a deadly pandemic was enough. Due to the fact that my house was in dust and disarray throughout the holiday season as well as having to disinfect numerous areas each day throughout this period to remain safe, it was not worth the hassle. I had have been better off paying more for a contractor who would finish the job reasonably close to his estimated time frame. I ended up finishing the job myself! Part of me really hates to write this review because I really thought Dan was a nice person and I am not out to simply trash him. However, the truth has to be told here! Business is business....and this was an overall BAD experience. Although I saved a significant amount of money by hiring ASAP Services for my two bathrooms remodels, I regret how the experience soured toward the end. I feel like my easy-going nature and patience were taken advantage of in the end. There is ZERO excuses for 14 days turning into 62 days and running. During the project, I even spoke to Dan about installing recessed lighting in two other rooms in my home. I am so glad we parted ways and that never took place. How much longer would that have taken? With all that has transpired, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Despite their fair price. The money I saved resulted in a project that took entirely too long and resulted in anger, confrontation, and a contractor who walked out on his unfinished job!

Dan did a great job! I had them put down ~900 sq ft of 2x2 tile they did an amazing job, very professional and quick.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dan/ASAP Services. I initially contacted him about repairing my (outside) concrete front steps and he responded and was at my house within 24 hours to review. Turns out he's also a great handyman. I ended up contracting him for repairs to my driveway and sidewalk, installing a backsplash, counter, sink, faucet, and shutoff valves, to my kitchen. A new door bell, stair flooring and trim, board removal and replacement installation. Dan is super honest, straight forward (no bullsh*t) and does great work. Highly recommend.

Dan was efficient, strong, and friendly. He offered other services he could provide us in the future if we needed them. He seems to be an all-around handy man as well as a trash hauler. I have already recommended him to a few of my friends.
