This place will not return defective equipment without a restocking fee. How can you restock defective equipment? Yes, I knew about the restocking fee when the equipment was purchased. The employee kept saying he'll replace the defective part which is good, but I just wanted to return it at that point. The defective part was a brand new Echo battery that was three years old! He replaced it with another old battery. Give me a break man!! I could have bought the same equipment at Home Depot and returned it with NO problem. This company is absolutely terrible!! They will sell you garbage! Go somewhere else. You're welcome.

Both repairs went great! Had them back within the same week of when they promised. These guys are great!

Never called to let me know what was wrong with mower. When I called they said no one has looked at it and will call me back. No one did for 2 days. When I called again I was told they were busy and would call me back. No one did. Next day I called and was told it could not be fixed.

They were very friendly and courteous. They fit me into their schedule and the tire was ready the next day (I dropped it off right before close). I will try them again for larger jobs... sometimes it's the small jobs that bring me back for the bigger jobs.
