This time we are moving ahead with, also because of their assistance . They are thorough, kind and friendly. I highly recommend AMERICAN BUILDING INSPECTIONS INC.

Description of Work: Jay and Pete spent over 5 hours doing the inspection, which include pest, home and radon. They arrived on time and were very thorough on each categories of inspection. And they took time to explain to me their findings, ways to correct, monitor and maintain. It was very educational for me. After they left, as I read the pages of report, I called Jay for clarification of a few questions, and he was very patient to explain. He met with me again in the house when he picked up Radon test result and went over the things that I wasn't very clear until I understood. I appreciate their experience, attentions, patience and excellent work ethics. I would highly recommend Jay and Pete.

+ -1 moreI had a good gut feeling about them. Jay has been inspecting for over 30 years. He went from the top of the house, on the roof, in the house, the crawl spaces, and he even gave us some little hints on where the insulation might be a little too much on the air vents. He didn't leave a stone unturned. He concluded that we didn't need to spend as much money as we thought we would. It took him 2-3 hours and I received an immediate written report.
Description of Work: They inspected the house from top to bottom. We had to get my mother's house appraised after she passed away.

He answered questions for me, even after I paid him for the inspection. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH AMERICAN BUILDING INSPECTIONS. I CALLED TO SCHEDULE A RADON TEST. THEY TOOK MY INFORMATION, THE PROPERTY INFORMATION AND ARRANGED ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY. THE TEST WAS PERFORMED PROMPTLY AND THEY FAXED THE RADON REPORT TO ME THE DAY THE ANALYSIS WAS COMPETED. I RECEIVED AN INVOICE BY MAIL A FEW DAYS AFTER I RECEIVED THE REPORT. VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
