Efficient diagnosis and had ample parts in service truck to quickly fix problem. Brian was very pleasant, professional and honest. I would certainly use his services again as well as refer him to anyone needing an appliance repair.

Brian was punctual, clean, neat, and very polite. He looked at the dishwasher and drain set up - and promptly came and asked if we recently replaced the garbage disposal (we had). That was the culprit - as there is a knock out that has to be removed if it is being connected to a dish washer. Had hubby read the directions he would have known to do this - and if he would ask for directions we wouldn't get lost! LOL Brian knocked out the plug, tested the unit, it drained fine. Then he came and showed my grand children magic card tricks! His price was reasonable and I received a discount. I will definitely contact him for any other appliance repairs!

4-1/2 year old refrigerator had stopped working. We located Brian's company on Angie's List and even though it was after working hours, Brian walked me through what might be done to get the item working again. We booked an on-site call and whether or not he came we would be more than happy to pay for the service call if his over-the-phone remedy corrected the problem (and it did!) We told Brian that whenever we needed any appliance repair, he would be our first go-to person for how he handled our situation. He was cordial and professional and went above and beyond as far as we were concerned. He deserves and A+.

Brian was extremely helpful and honest. Cost of parts and repairs would not be worth the cost. Also looked at water problem with fridge with no extra charge. If I need any repair on appliances I will definitely call Brian 👍👍👍

Brian is a one man company. He called to ask if he could arrive early for his appointment. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and when one of the new parts did not work as it should, he had no trouble in replacing it.

My wall oven is heating so far. If I need a part in the future it can be ordered. Brian was very professional and prompt.

Excellent!! Brian came shortly after call for service. Was very thorough and found problem which was a bad circuit board. GE had part on back order and part was ordered with an estimate of 2 weeks. Brian offered to bring a small refrigerator to use while waiting for part. He kept checking on status of part and it came earlier than expected and as soon as it came in he immediately came replaced part . He was always here on time he said he would be here. Friendly, courteous and very professional. Highly recommend.

Oven wouldn't light. Stove was working normally. Based upon the call he had a theory as to the problem before he arrived. He was correct. He took the time to explain what was going on, and that we likely had heating issues before the igniter went out completely. Then explained how the oven works in general. Very pleased with the results and prices were fair to hire someone to do the work right the first time. (I don't like to mess with natural gas, so I'd rather call a pro.)

I would have cost too much to repair (for a 6 year old appliance), so I opted to buy new instead of having it repaired.

Brian replaced the agitator gears and lid safety switch on our clothes washer and reconnected and sealed our dryer vent to its fitting on the floor. He was prompt, professional and friendly at all times. We would definitely recommend him for any appliance repairs.
