We contacted Brian and he was able to come out the same day. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. It did not take him long to diagnose the problem, and after he finished thawing out the coils, he replaced a board in the freezer. We would contact him again for appliance repairs.

On the afternoon of Saturday July 19th I noticed my washer would not agitate or spin. I bought it new from Sears in 1993 so I called Sears for a repair appointment. They said middle of August. I was very disappointed, but in hindsight I'm glad because I suspect they might have tried to sell me a new machine. I looked on the Angies LIst website under appliance repair and noticed that AMB was rated high. I called at 5PM on Saturday and left a message. Brian, the owner, called me back in about 15 minutes and he scheduled an appointment for between 1 and 3 pm on Monday July 21st. On Monday Brian called around 1:30 and said he was leaving a job and should be there at 2. He arrived as expected. Brian showed me everything he was doing and found the broken part in about 5 minutes. I appreciated his taking the time to show me how things worked and what part had failed. He worked quickly and the repair was done in about 45 minutes. This washer has been rock solid for 21 years. Brian said it was one of the better made washers and could last a number of years. I know I'll have to replace it at some point, but it was well worth it to have it up and running in about 48 hours, for 110 plus tax. I won't hesitate to call AMB in the future if I have any appliance that needs repair, and I'm happy to provide this positive review.

Brian was able to fit us in that day and was on time and extremely professional. He explained the possible charges prior to coming out and then when he arrived, he examined the dryer and gave his opinion and estimate and was extremely efficient in fixing the problem. He also stayed and made sure it was working for multiple stop/starts before leaving. I was impressed with his attentiveness to our problem and efficiency in fixing it. I will definitely use his service again if I have a need.

Brian was great. He reached out to me as soon as I purchased my Angie's List deal.He was out to see me a couple of days later, calling me in advance. He came with the correct part to fix my dishwasher..and while he was there, he fixed my refrigerator and took a look at my garage heater. Professionally, timely and knowledgeable.

Brian Schulz was very professional and friendly. Was able to make visit for the next day; arrived on time, able to and agreeable with explaining the problem and solution clearly; pricing very fair. I called Brian about a problem with our electric dryer - he was able to come over the same afternoon, which I appreciated. He had the problem diagnosed and repaired quickly, and checked the dryer to make sure everything was functioning correctly.
