We would highly recommend this company! We moved on the worst possible day (12/13). It was extremely windy/cold and snowing. Everyone we dealt w/ (Joni, Rob and ? sorry can't remember the other guys name) was very professional and friendly. The movers had to move furniture, clothing etc from 2 houses and stop at the furniture store to pick up 2 couches as well. They did an excellent job in taking care of our pieces (didn't see any damage) and did not make a mess of the houses (they put down runners etc). They were willing to put things in any of the rooms that we wanted. We were very pleased with how smoothly everything went.

The move went really well. My experience started when Richard, the owner of Alexander Moving, came over to give me an estimate on the move. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what had to be done. His estimate included packing of all of my household belongings, loading them onto the truck and driving them the 755 miles to my new home. Everything went as planned ( they even arrived the day before our expected delivery date). Communications were excellent throughout the moving process. I will certainly use them again and I will refer them to all my friends and family.

The 2 men did a good job. I have used them before and they were very good. They arrived early and worked for a lttle more than three hours. I would use them again.

everything went perfectly. joni and richard and their crew were on time, worked hard, and were very pleasant peolple. seem to like each other and have a good time working together. were efficient and hardly stopped. went beyond the strict limits of the contract, putting items away and hauling away most of the boxes and a great deal od the packing materiel. were a great pleasure and definitely would highly recommned them.

They were excellent. They were the best movers I have ever seen. They were professional and friendly. They wrapped everything. Every piece of furniture was wrapped in a blanket before being loaded on to the truck. This is a family owned operation.

We were impressed with the high-quality of service we received from this local company over the service offered by nationwide interstate movers. The moving checklist on the Alexander Moving Company website was very helpful and allowed them to give us a flat rate price quote over the phone. One concern with this move was that a large semi truck would not fit in the condominium complex. Alexander Moving Company was willing to use a smaller truck and did not charge us an additional shuttle fee to do so. They completed the interstate move within three days (record time compared to the 7-10 day window quoted by one nationwide interstate mover we contacted for an estimate). The movers were friendly, efficient, and professional. They helped to seal some remaining boxes that my daughter was still packing on the day of the move and generally found ways to productively work around the items that were being packed. They completed both the move out and move in efficiently and loaded the items securely in the truck. The overall price of the move was reasonable.

I have had horrible experiences with two other moving companies. This company gave me an estimate and told me if I needed extra boxes. Truly my house was a mess and, as I unpacked, I was pleased to see that they packed in such an organized way. I had no problem unpacking and putting items in order. They did not stop for conversation. One very important piece of information is that, whenever I called, Joan Alexander talked with me as if I was the only one who needed her attention. She was very professional and never had me feeling like I was bothering her. This company's service is excellent and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. I am so pleased to have found a moving company such as Alexander Moving Company.

The guys were really good! They were all young, strong guys and were very careful with our stuff. There was only one item that was minorly damaged. They did very good work and we are very happy with them. None of the trucks they have are that big, so even moving a tiny house took two loads, and it took all day, and you pay an hourly rate.

They did a great job overall. They moved at a steady pace and were very careful with my items. They were nice guys and were very professional the entire time.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. WE ARE AN OLDER COUPLE AND THEY TOOK CARE OF THE PACKING AND UNPACKING WHICH WAS APPRECIATED. WE ASKED THEM TO TAKE EXTRA CARE OF SOME CERTAIN ITEMS WHICH THEY DID. SINCE THIS IS A SMALLER COMPANY, SOME OF THEIR EMPLOYEES WERE PART TIME AND THEY WERE NOT ALL IN THE SAME UNIFORM WHICH IS THE REASON FOR THE B FOR PROFESSIONAL. THIS WAS NOT A PROBLEM FOR US BECAUSE IT IS A LOCAL FIRM.

It went very smoothly. They were the only one of several companies I contacted who did not have a minimum charge (others were $700-$1000). Both the office staff and the movers were very easy to work with, especially since I made arrangements late and had to change the pick up location. The time estimates were perfect on both ends, and in fact when they were a bit ahead of schedule they called to let me know. The dresser was in fine shape and they attached the mirror before they left. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

They were prompt. Nothing was broken, scratched or dented. It was a very positive experience. We've recommend them to our friends.

THE COST IS PER HOUR AND THERE IS A 3 HOUR MINIMUM. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND DID A GREAT JOB.

THE MOVERS ARRIVED ON TIME, INTRODUCED THEMSELVES AND PROCEEDED TO LOAD THE TRUCK. FURNITURE WAS WRAPPED IN PADS. NOTHING ARRIVED DAMAGED.

WE WERE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH ALEXANDER MOVING. THEY WERE UNBELIEVABLE. LOTS OF STUFF, BUT THEY HANDLED EVERYTHING VERY WELL AND I HAVE A LOT OF EXPENSIVE GLASS WARE AND FIGURINES. THEY WERE SO VERY CAREFUL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

THEY WILL MOVE YOU ON A SUNDAY. IT COSTS A LITTLE EXTRA THOUGH.

ALEXANDERS STANDS HEAD AND SHOULDERS ABOVE MOVING COMPANIES. HIGHLY COMPETENT AND PROFESSIONAL. GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY. WOULDN''T HESITATE TO USE THEM AGAIN.

THE MOVERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. VERY GOOD MOVE EXPERIENCE.
