just bad! siding came off in 3 different places, roof leaks, cold spots in walls.

We had a really good experience with Advantage Windows and Siding. They were really reasonable and they were really quick too. The communication was really good. They check on everything and they let me know everything that's needed done. They were very thorough. They gave us a really good price.

The whole project went well. Workers stayed on job from start to finish. Completed in a timely manner. Very professional and conscientious workers. Very polite and friendly workers. Excellent quality materials and workmanship. I highly recommend this company.

I originally contracted with them in October 2008 to tear off and replace my roof. There were several immediate indications that the work was sub-par: they didn't replace any plywood sheeting, they made no effort to clean nails or debris, and they didn't replace the 45 year old flashing around the chimney. By October 2012 I found several severe leaks along the ridge vent. I had to call the company numerous times over the course of several months before they would even return my calls. Finally, in January 2013, their roofer (different crew from the original install) came to repair the leaks. After the initial repair, four more leaks developed and they repaired the roof three more times by August 2013. After the most recent leak, I demanded that the roof be replaced. It was clearly not installed properly by the previous crew (they no longer works for the company). The owner, Tony Testa, refuted my claims and refused to cover the cost of the replacement. He said they only typically guarantee their work for one year and implied that I was lucky that he was even repairing my roof in the first place. After going back and forth for several days, he agreed to replace the roof for about cost of materials. They installed new, thicker plywood sheeting on the entire roof. His current crew does all work by hand (no air guns) and appear to have done a quality job. While the final product is a solid roof, it took over a year of phone calls and complaints to finally get the problem resolved. Because of the poor responsiveness, need for repeat fixes, and additional cost, I wouldn't do business with Advantage again.

The owner of the company made a well prepared sales presentation and seemed to know his materials and products well. He presented samples of siding of different quality and colors. He also seemed knowledgeable about color combinations and design. The estimate was reasonable compared to other estimates we had received. Another considreation for chosing Advantage was that they had been highly recommended by others in our community who had used their services. The workers were prompt and worked long hours. They were couteous and professional and explained any changes that had to be made before they made them. They seemed competent and we were pleased with their workmanship. They finished the project in four days but seemed a bit rushed at the end and left some things out of place, a minor criticism. The only criticism I have is that the final price was significantly higher than we had first thought, due to special order items. However, the owner of the company seemed sincere and apologetic over the issue and it was resolved without further problems. While their prices may appear high, they were consistent with other estimates we received with comparable materials and workmanship. I would recommend Advantage for those who are interested in high quality materials and workmanship. Overall, they did a very good job and we are pleased with the final product and appearance. The siding and gutters increased the street appearance of our home significantly and I am sure we will benefit by carefree durability and lower heating costs due to the extra insulation. Moreover, we anticipate a significant increase in the value of our home should we decide to sell in the future.

Two installers did a fabulous job very professional great workmanship, great quality of the product. Very very pleased with the overall experience.
