Description of Work: I called Mr. Zoul's number twice, April 14 at 1:32 PM and April 15, 2015 at 10:55 AM. Each time I left a message on his machine requesting mowing services in my neighborhood. He was recommended by a neighbor, and most certainly mows in this neighborhood, less than 3 miles from his base of operations. Mr. Zoul did mot return my calls.
