Sunrise Concrete Resurfacing

They're here right now. I've never dealt with a more conscientious company in all my life, it's a job that sure had taken a day and a half, but they're in their 4th day because they didn't like the way it turned out the first time so they're redoing, they didn't liked the way it turned out so they're redoing it on their own. They're very meticulous, very detail-oriented, they have their own quality standards that are far above anybody else I've dealt with in the past, probably 20 years. And if they don't like it, they redo it, regardless whether you say it's okay or not, the guy just don't like it that way, it's not the way it's supposed to look, he just went and redid it on his own. The guy who did it is fantastic. As a matter of fact, I didn't even compared any prices, once he came and gave me the estimate and I talked to him, just by talking to him, the owner of the company, I could tell that just reading between the lines, that he was a person with integrity and he did quality work because he showed me some pictures and stuff that he did and he told me about things that he himself wasn't satisfied with and redid it on his own or stuff like that, I didn't even research any of the prices. They're here right on time or before everyday.

I recently moved into a house where I had a concrete patio that was in need of attention. I have a beautiful patio that was installed approx 8 years ago and was never maintained. I found this company on a website as I was looking for a contractor to stain and re-seal my concrete patio They seemed like a small company and I had no prior knowledge of them but I decided to give them a call. I called 2 other companies and SC Resurfacing was the last company i called. They were the only company who returned my phone call the same day I called. They showed up for the free consultation at a convenient evening hour and was not a minute late. They spent time with me, answered all my questions and went on in great detail all of my available options and through this meeting i saw how they were extremely knowledgeable of their craft. They gave me ideas that other contractors did not offer up and they were not rushing to get out the door. They sent me an estimate in a day or two without me having to call and follow up as I had to with other contractors. There was no high pressure sales tactics either. I gave them my business because of all these things, not to mention a price that was almost half as much as another contractor I had outt. A start date was determined about 3 weeks from signing the contract and follow up communication was made in the interim. They started the day they said they would and showed up at 8:30am as promised and not a minute late again. The whole project took a few days and they worked straight through each day. They even came back a few days later and did some additional touch up work that that they felt was necessary to really make the job up to their high standards. I am a incredibly picky person and do most home improvement projects on my own just because i do not trust many people to work to the level that i would do on my own. They exceeded all levels of my expectations and I would have to say they are the best contractor I had from any trade in my home in the past 15 -20 years.
