We have used Suburban Septic for the last 10 years. I can’t say enough good things about this company. In a world where service is often an afterthought, this company puts service and responsiveness first.

Made appointment 2 month in advance but not showed up at appointment date. They cancelled the appointment without calling back.

I needed a new septic system fast, as I was selling the property. Suburban Septic worked with me to get all the permits and approvals necessary and got the job done on time! A++ experience. Thank you!

We have nothing but good to say about this company. They are excellent in all levels.

They are on time and they did an excellent job, the estimate was extremely reasonable, and did what I expected, also handled all permits, and did some extra works too without any charge.

They had to cut through concrete patio and they did not clean-up concrete dust. It was all over. A hose was available to wash down the area.

The owner's son came out and did a very good job. we just had a problem with one of the office staff. difficult to deal with on the phone is all.

They showed up when they said they would. They where careful not to disturb anything but what needed to be replaced. I watched as they leveled and made sure the box was set correctly. Hauled old material out and finished by racking up dirt from grass and put back into dirt pile. I also use them for cleaning out my septic tank, same professional service.

My husband handled the initial visits for estimates and discussion, and then died suddenly. I fortunately was present for much of the conversation at the time of the initial visit, so I remember verbal promises. Sadly, Mr Valentine doesn't remember as well and has his wife handle all communication. She is not an especially pleasant person to interact with. After repeated phone calls they finally started the project weeks after they promised. Mr. Valentine also made a commitment to refill the dig site after the ground settled, (we noted our neighbors who experieinced a huge sink hole long after the contractor left). He committeed to not letting this happen. Months later, I have contacted the company about the re-fill and Mrs. Valentine was not especially friendly in her response, but relayed that it could get done sometime in the summer. When I asked if this could be earlier so I could plant grass and prepare my house for sale, she said and quot;I'm only relaying what he saysand quot;. And that was the end of our conversation. The work gets done, but it has not been a pleasant experience. I still will have to call back to remind them to come out here so I can plant grass in time for my home sale. Not looking forward to that phone call.

They have been helping us since 2001, they come out when they say they will, they are very punctual and responsive. I did have to have the pump replaced, but they tried to fix it without removing it and replacing it. It ended up needing it anyways, but I appreciate them saving me money.

I had scheduled an appointment first thing on a Sat. morning to have some minor work done. I have had previous septic cleanings done by this company. I called two days prior to confirm the appointment, they did not return my call. I called one day prior to confirm the appointment, they did not return my call. They did not show up for the appointment. My husband called that day to complain, they did not return his call. I sent a letter several days later describing my experience with them, they have not responded to my letter.

WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY WERE ABLE TO DEAL WITH ISSUES THAT WERE PROBLEMS FOR OTHER COMPANIES. THEY CAME, THEY CLEANED, THEY LEFT

ONLY PROBLEM WAS THEIR PROMPTNESS IN RETURNING PHONE CALLS. INITIAL CALL TO SET UP SERVICE CALL TOOK 3+ BUSINESS DAYS (LATE WED. THROUGH MON. MORNING) WITH 3 CONTACT ATTEMPTS BY ME and ONLY 1 RETURNED CALL.
