The company was here within a few hours of the event. Dennis was the crew chief who evaluated the damage. He was very technically competent, and knew how to handle the situation. The crew came in, dried things out, took out all of the wet hardwood floor and even tried their best to save it. Everything was disinfected due to the nature of the damage. They were so gracious, and were conscientious of my chemical allergies during this process. They were very patient and professional when working with my insurance company. The crew worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and carefully documented everything. They followed up and made sure there was no mold growth and everything was completely dry. I was really touched by their compassion and efficiency, and would definitely call on this company in the future if need be.

Basement is really large and they made sure everything was done properly. Can't even tell there was water in the basement now. Very pleased with the job and their professionalism.

BIs why we called themasement flooded due to faulty hot water tank. Crew arrived when promised and began cleanup. Supervisor gave us time frame on how long they would need for cleanup. Crew wasn't even there half of the time estimated and dumpster that was to be left for a week was gone in less than 48 hours of bringing it in. Horrible inventory control, many valuable items thrown away without being documented for insurance replacement. Left half removed paneling, open studs with nails on which I severely cut self trying to get into an area to shut off light requiring tetanus shot/stitches. Once crew left for day with promises of returning next day they never came back. Much of cleanup provided by us. Tried to dispute amount billed to insurance but insurance company still paid out $10,000 for less than 2 days cleanup. Will never use again or recommend to others. Very poor service and resulted in big mold problem which is what they were hired to prevent. End result cost us several thousand out of pocket.. We had prior experience by another Servpro franchise elsewhere in Ohio that was amazing, which was why we called this franchise to begin with.

I would definitely use them again. They were very quick and did a good job all-around.

They were extremely proffesional. They did an excellent job. They always showed up when they said they would. They gave me an estimated time and always showed up during that time. They explained every single thing they did as they went along. Their estimate was right on and there were not any massive changes or additions. The estimate was extremely concise. They measured every room and did not waiver from their estimate. I did not have surprises what so ever. If I ever had any type of problem again, I would definitely use them again.

It was a smooth, easy transaction...and the final bill was $400 less than the estimate.

They are very thorough. They dried everything out, then they re-stretched the carpet and they made sure no mold would be able to grow. They are very good about telling you exactly what they are going to do, and they warned us that it would be very loud because the drying fans they use are very powerful. They use disinfectant agents to ensure that no microorganisms or bacteria can grow.
