Roy from Roy Strange Home Services Company is fantastic. He only charges $20 an hour. He is the cheapest and most efficient handyman I’ve ever met. His painting work is fantastic and his lines are straight when he paints. He is honest. He even has the keys to my condo. I just cannot speak more highly of Roy. He is very, very special. I would not hire anybody else but him for handyman work. He painted my whole garage, fixed the garage door opener, painted my steel well that goes down to the basement and also did a couple of other handyman work in December. He charged me only $500 for all that. When I checked the price with another painter, he told me that they would charge $495 only for the steel well because that itself is lot of hard work. So, I offered him more and I wanted to pay him $25 an hour instead of $20 but he did not accept it. He even went out to the store and bought the garage door opener himself. When I wanted to write him a check for it, he showed me the receipt and other bills and I thought very few people do that. He also told me that he is willing to rework or re-fix things if there is something that I did not like. I came to know that he is doing this as a side business and he likes helping people. I’m very proud of his work, he knows everything. When one hires him one can expect to get quality work at a super price. He wants to be paid fairly but he is not gouging anybody. Usually, with people who charge by the hour I find that they extend the work just to get paid more but Roy is not like that. He is pretty quick at what he does. Handymen like Roy are very hard to find and I just feel that if people knew about him, they would use him. I would continue to use him in the future.

My real estate agent recommended me to use Roy Strange Home Services. He does handyman work for a real estate company but he also does work for other people as a side business. He is excellent and he does exactly what you want. If there is any problem with the communication, he fixes it. He has a really good attitude. I can?t speak more highly about him. He only charges $20 an hour. Everybody else that I found charges $45, $55 and $65 an hour. I am very pleased with Roy. He is wonderful. He is going to install all the hardware in my house. I am going to have him help me put up my fixtures. He is going to do some painting, he is to do some carpentry work in the kitchen with the cabinets for me, and he is going to install drawers in my closets. I have him do everything. When I come up with an idea, I talk about it with him. He knows what he is doing. He and his crew open my condominium and go inside to do their work. I also can?t find anybody else who would charge $20 an hour.

Roy is easy to do business with, charges a low price, does great service, communicates well. He is the lowest handyman price wise I have seen. He is the only handyman I would use in the future. He does this part time.... he has other commitments, but he is worth bending for.
