Description of Work: I called Bob at 11:30 am he arrived at 12:30 to repair my broken dryer. He was polite and and professional. He even changed his outside shoes to inside shoes, something I really appreciate. He diagnosed and fixed the problem right then. Luckily he had the part that was needed. He was affordable and his work is guaranted. I will use him again, but hope I won't have to.

Description of Work: We called Bob, based on Angie's List reviews, to look at my mother's dishwasher which wasn't working. He returned our call immediately and scheduled an appointment within a day. When he tested the dishwasher components, he found 2 problems. He priced the repair costs and then gave his advice on repair vs. replacement. He recommended replacement based on the age of the dishwasher and the cost of repairs. Bob advised us of a place to purchase and arranged in advance for a specific salesman to work with us. We received excellent service and pricing. When the new dishwasher came in, Bob picked it up and installed it within an hour. He was pleasant, professional, and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him and will use him for all of our appliance needs in the future.

Description of Work: My refrigerator icemaker line was leaking, the floor was buckling. He came right away, diagnosed the problem, brought a stainless steel flexible line that will not leak. In addition he is a very nice man. My granddaughter had a washer problem, I told him she had very little money, He went right over, fixed the problem and charged her nothing for labor. He is my appliance man from now on.

Description of Work: Bob came to our house a little early, which I liked.. He looked at our dishwasher and stated that while he could fix it, the repair costs would be the same or more costly than a new machine. He just charged us for the service call. He seemed very knowledgeable about all models of dishwasher, as well, which I appreciated. I would call Bob again, and would recommend him to others.
