We are delighted with the MTO Vibrant company and the service we receive from Sean the owner and from Jennifer who regularly cleans for us. We would recommend the company with no hesitation.

The cleaning went very well, this was an intensive cleaning so the louvered doors, racks in the laundry room, light fixtures, windows (insides), appliances all got a thorough cleaning. The floors were washed by hand, carpets vacuumed, furniture was moved, kitchen cabinets washed and the bathrooms sanitized. We were suitably impressed. They cleaned places that we didn't know we had. ;~) The cleaners worked very hard, no breaks to gossip or goof off... they worked. All 7 were polite, friendly and very professional. All got along famously with our 2 dogs and got all of the dog fur that was stuck in the corners and under the furniture. They had a check list to follow, with special instructions for different types of furniture and parts of the house that we had special instructions for. We were even impressed that when they parked their cars, they didn't block the driveway, leaving half of it open for anyone who stopped by for a visit to pull into. We're both very pleased with the results and are looking forward to regular cleanings by MTO.

I have been using MTO clean for about a year now on a monthly basis. They have fair pricing and I am very happy with their work. They keep the same maid so they know your house and I am very happy at the results every time. They are quick to fix any issues that arise. We went through a first floor remodel and they were great about charging by the hour instead of the normal rate. I also like that the supervisor comes every now and then to check up on how things are going. I'm normally a snob about how clean my house is and they are definitely up to par. Thank you for making my life easier!

MTO has cleaned approximately 3 times and have done a good job. We have had no issues. They are thorough, professional and trustworthy (we gave them a key to our house). The bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned well and it was apparent they swept and dusted. The owner also was very open and advised that if anything is ever forgotten or not cleaned to our satisfaction to let him know. The only item that bugs me (and we have had the same issues with other cleaning companies) is the reluctance to move items to clean under them. Example if my daughter's dresser is cluttered, they only dust the open areas. Or if the coffee table has magazines on the bottom shelf, they do not dust the shelf. They will dust furniture with minimal knick knacks and pictures. They have consistently arrived to clean on their scheduled day which is greatly appreciated. I would recommend MTO to others looking for a cleaning company that does a very good job on a consistent basis for a fair price. Considering their are a business and pay taxes and insurance, the cost is reasonable. If you normally pay an individual cash to clean, then MTO is slightly higher but you have the peace of mind knowing they are insured and reputable.

What stands out is the price and professionalism.

We could not be anymore pleased with MTO. Heather is always punctual, friendly, and very thorough. We are so happy with her work. I would recommend MTO to anyone who is looking to lighten their load by having help with the housework. The office staff and Sean have also always been very professional when I've needed to adjust appointments. We started out using MTO as a one time service when we first moved into our home. We quickly decided to add the twice a month kitchen/bathroom cleaning. I have no regrets. This is money very well spent!!

They were amazing! I was so pleased and impressed with their service that I am now going to have them come every week. I would highly recommend them.

Stephanie arrived on time and is pleasant and hard working. We were very happy and impressed coming home and seeing the result. In example, I always have a hard time getting the stainless steel surfaces of the fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave spotless clean but she did it! I was very impressed. Stephanie also changed the towels on the floor in the mud room, we appreciated this. Thank you! We will stay with MTO Cleaning!

They spent time with us determining exactly what we wanted them to do and did all that we ask very well. We have discontinued this service as my wife's schedule has changed and she prefers doing the cleaning herself, when she can. We would definitely consider MTO in the future.

Sean the owner is a very personable person and comes out to meet you and give the estimate. Once they cleaned a couple of times, we saw that the cleaning was taking less time than originally estimated. I brought this to Sean's attention and just like that, the cost was reduced appropriately. The people that clean the house are very friendly and thorough and even don't mind our big boxer mix sticking her nose into their business most of the time they are here, So far a wonderful company to save you time and to do business with.

They do a good job and are always on time. The manager is extremely personable and assures any issues will be handled immediately. UPDATE: We are still using MTO and they are AMAZING. Even changing workers a few times the level of service is EXCEPTIONAL. We love Sean and his team! I will NEVER use another company!

The dust everything and rearrange everything as neccessary. They clean the kitchen and two bathrooms. We've been using them for six years and we relly enjoy.

I have used Maids to Order for various housecleaning chores from general cleaning to carpet cleaning. The pricing is always reasonable and the work is well done. They are always thorough and complete in their work in a professional manner. If I have a cleaning project I don't want to tackle I always contact Maids to Order first. It is good to know I have a one stop household cleaning company.
