Description of Work: Installed new 95% efficient 80,000 BTU Furnace and 2.5 ton A/C, nice work, no cheap craftmanship, was considerably cheaper then the other area Trane dealer for same furance and A/C items.

Excellent experience.
Description of Work: I am new in the area, and was glad for Angie's list. I found this company, which I knew would be close to my home. I liked the reviews, and hoped I would have a good experience. After turning on our A/C for the first time in our new home, it didn't work. They offered to come right out, but I had another engagement and booked for the next day. They are very time conscious, giving me a time frame to work with. When they found out they could come earlier, they called to see if it was o.k. I was delighted with the service technician, Adam. He was friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Instead of being "secretive" about what was happening and what it might cost, he explained everything clearly and upfront and answered questions I had in general about the system and its overall condition in this house. His work was quick and efficient, and he took great care not to get mud in my house. I will definately use this company for all of my HVAC needs.
