MEDINA GLASS BLOCK

The workers started at approximately 8:00 a.m and were finished earlier than I anticipated. I forgot exactly what time they finished but I was able to go and do what I needed since I had the whole day off. The glass block windows look great.

What a pleasant experience to deal with a company who does what and when they say. Thank you Angie's List for finding them. This has been the third experience having to hire someone. Your list is three for three. Thanks.

They were easy to deal with over the phone. Estimator came out in timely fashion. Gave us a quote and helped us choose style. Installers came on time, did work efficiently, cleaned up and left in a timely fashion. Window looks great. We are very pleased, once again, with their work.

They were excellent, on time and very courteous. The work was done cleanly, efficiently and they cleaned up afterwords. I really appreciated the choices that I was given by Bill, the salesman.

I went down to the basement and I saw him cleaning up and that made him very happy. They took away the debris. He was very careful, did not disturb anything and very polite. His name was Troy.

Very disappointed with this company. Had heard good things about them. They came out and gave an estimate. The job was going to be about $1500. Then, they sent a regional sales manager out to remeasure the windows. Our basement windows are extra wide and the regional sales mgr told us he needed to send someone else out to look. My husband left three voice mail messages on his cell phone trying to follow up with him and see what the status was. He didn't return our calls. Had to call the company and get someone to get him to call us back. He finally called my husband back and said he did get the messages but was waiting for us to call his office phone and leave a message there. This doesn't even make any sense! Why should it matter WHERE we leave the message? He then told my husband they couldn't do the job because of the size of the windows. We think they didn't want the job once they realized it would be a bit complicated. Their inability to return our calls is unacceptable. Would not recommend.

Very well. Arrived on time and job completed as desired.

The estimate and measurements were done efficiently and were explained in detail to me. There was no talking down to an elderly female homeowner, as I so often experience. The installers were prompt, and efficient in doing the work. They did a very good job of cleaning up after themselves, and removed all evidence of their work, (except the new windows).

We were disappointed that a firm with such an outstanding product and national contracts was careless about some details at the time of installation. Quality product, friendly telephone staff. Ordered 2 clear vents, product was delivered with 3 frosted vents. Cement mortar on one window and silicone seal on inside was never done. Mortar was mixed on front lawn and residue was left on driveway and lawn. No clean up was attempted. Check it all out before they leave.

It was easy to schedule for an estimate. The representative was punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. He even gave me an additional discount when I asked. The workers came when scheduled and completed their work within the time allotted. They were neat and tidy, and did a good job. I would definitely recommend this company.

They did a beautiful job. When they did the work any part they needed to repair they did that. They cleaned up behind.

Installers (two) arrived on time and completed the task within the time frame previously given. This was done in spite of drenching rain while installing windows. They cleaned up afterwards. I thought the price was reasonable, and all personnel were cooperative and easy to deal with. I would use this company again.

They did an excellent job, got everything done quickly, and I'd recommend them to everyone!

The original contact person that came over to explain the product was very knowledgeable about the product and very proud of the quality workmanship in their patented products. My house was scheduled to be done the following week and was completed on time. I am very pleased with the new glass block windows.

Were prompt, both for the estimate and showing up for the installation. Did very good work. Price was slightly on the high side, but still within reason.

They were very nice over the phone. I called on a Thursday, and they told me they couldn't get out for at least a week. In that time, I had another estimate and signed a contract. The job will be finished before they would have even given me an estimate. I thought they seemed like a decent company, but their inability to get to my estimate lost them a possible sale.

Wonderful! Competitive price, and they finished the job in under 3 hours. Clean-up was perfect.

Hold them in high regard in each category.

Overall experience was good and no complaints. They did such a good job we could hardly tell they had been around except the windows looked much better.

STEVE AND BILL WERE ON TIME AND WERE VERY EXPERIENCED. VERY PROFESSIONAL. DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. CLEANED UP AFTER THE WORK. WHEN WE VISITED THE SHOWROOM WE ASKED ABOUT A GLASS BLOCK SHOWER AND WERE TOLD A SALESMAN WOULD CALL. WHEN THE WINDOW SALESMAN (BILL ROUND, JR.) CAME OUT, WE MENTIONED IT AGAIN. ALSO TO THE WINDOW INSTALLERS. SINCE NO ONE HAS CALLED I ASSUME THEY DON'T WANT THE ADDITIONAL BUSINESS. IT'S UNFORTUNATE SINCE THEY DID SUCH A NICE JOB ON THE WINDOWS.

GOOD JOB! HAD PROBLEM WITH QUALITY OF ORIGINAL CAPPING JOB, BUT THEY SENT OUT ANOTHER CREW TO MAKE IT RIGHT!

WE HAS GOOD SERVICE ALL THE WAY WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING WHEN SCHEDULING. THE SALES REP. THAT CAME FOR OUR APPOINTMENT WAS POLITE AND KNOWLEDGABLE, AND THE INSTALLERS WERE COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE LOOK/QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT.

EXCELLENT SERVICE, GOOD WORK, I FELT CONFIDENT IN THEIR HONESTY, GREAT CLEAN UP, VERY THOROUGH, AND I'M ALREADY CONSIDERING USING THEM AGAIN.

THEY WERE ON TIME, ANSWERED QUESTIONS, SHOWED AN EXAMPLE, GOOD REPUTATION, LONG WAITING LIST-6 WEEKS BEFORE INSTALLATION, AND HAD A HIGHER PRICE THAN COMPETITOR.
