Description of Work: HAD 6 BASEMENT WINDOWS REPLACED WITH VENTED GLASS BLOCK. THEY WERE PROMPT AND EFFICIENT, BUT NEVER INTRODUCED THEMSELVES BY NAME - I HAD TO ASK THEM. THEY ALSO DIDN'T BRING ALL OF THE EQUIPMENT THEY NEEDED, AND BORROWED OURS INSTEAD. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES SOMEWHAT, BUT THERE WAS STILL A PRETTY BIG MESS TO CLEAN UP AFTERWARDS, THAT TOOK US ALMOST AN HOUR AND HALF.

Description of Work: I HAD THREE GLASS BLOCK WINDOWS INSTALLED IN MY BASEMENT. WHEN THEY FINALLY DID COME FOR INSTALLATION, THE INSTALLERS WERE NICE, CLEANED UP, AND DID A GOOD JOB. HOWEVER, UP TO THAT POINT THEY MADE MULTIPLE CANCELATIONS (3 TIMES)BECAUSE IT WAS TOO COLD (NEVER MENTIONED TO ME IN THE SALES PITCH, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS WINTER). THIS DELAYED THE INSTALL OVER 7 WEEKS BECAUSE OF THEIR SCHEDULE AND 1 WEEK OF MINE. I SPOKE WITH THE OWNER AND HE WAS NOT VERY HELPFUL OR KIND - I WANTED TO CANCEL. I FINALLY WENT AHEAD AND JUST HAD IT INSTALLED AND HAVE TOLD MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO AVOID THEM.
