MDG FLOORING WHOLESALES INC

They were here in August. They're comparable to anyone else. In the communication of the work I was told that some molding would have to be fixed and we talked about it and then they dragged their feet. When we called them and kind of pushed they pretty much said they really weren't comfortable doing that kind of work and blah blah blah. They would but maybe I wouldn't be happy and so they ended up telling us well we really know what to do and I said well you said you would do it and we talked about it. The estimate they gave me was very vague and general. So I couldn't even begin to compare whether or not they were going to be able, and how much it would be somewhere else because I didn't have anymore details. So when I called them about that, that's when they started backing off. Actually the people who did the installing were amazing. I said when they were out here they said they knew how to do this kind of work, why can't you just let them come out and give an estimate because I knew they hired them, and I said is that what you would like to do?, are you comfortable with that and he goes, sure. He said I'll have somebody call you one way or another and I never got a call. I wasn't going to call back because it already had angered me to the point so that continuing that relationship wasn't to my best interest so. They did clean up after themselves. I told a friend about them and she is going to get a floor done by them. When they get hired/contracted, the customer doesn't know what their business name is because then that would be them giving work business card to somebody and MDG is hiring them so that's kind of like not applicable.

Salesman was very cordial and easy to work with. Installers were professional, moved furniture and took good care and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend for all aspects of floor covering shopping/installation.

It was not a good experience. We ordered a sample and they said it will take a week to deliver, but I never heard back from them. It was twice as long as it was supposed to be so I called them and asked for the sample and they said they would check it out and let me know. I never heard back from them again. I called them back again to check if my sample was sitting there. They said they would call me the next which they never did. Later I went there personally and picked it up. I was not happy with my experience. I would not go there anymore to purchase products from them. If they can't handle a sample, I cannot trust them if I place an order.

We couldn't have asked for better people. The experience was great. We got upgraded carpet and padding. They are going to do linoleum in the kitchen.

The carpet was delivered on time and all work was done in a professional, effecient way. The workmen were courteous, clean, and completed the job in a very satisfactory way. I would use MDG again.

It was wonderful. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, and the installer did an excellent job. I am definitely impressed and satisfied with their service.
