+ -1 moreHe does everything for me. Here is the thing I like about him, if you call him say something is acting up and he comes out and looks at it, if he can't fix it he doesn't bill you for it. And I don't find that kind of service very often. With that said, I had another company out here delivering a refrigerator, they said I had to turn the water off myself. They were suppose to set up the refrigerator, when they get here they said we'll set up the new one but we won't disconnect the old one for you. I called Mark and said " I don't know to turn the water off in my house, can you talk me through that"? He knew where my water shut off was, he is just that type of above and beyond type of person, attention to detail and I appreciate that. He has worked on my hot tub throughout the years, his prices are reasonable. He calls back the next day, if he does plumbing work, again that personal touch. I have referred him to my neighbors.

Description of Work: HE DID SOME OUTSIDE WORK FOR MY BASEMENT. CREATING A SOLUTION, DIGGING A SHORT WAY DOWN AND THEN INSTALLS A SOLUTION TO FILL IN THE CRACKS. HE ALSO DID SOME WORK IN OUR BASEMENT, REPAIRING THE CONCRETE BLOCKS AND CLOSING UP THE HOLE WITH NEW BRICK AND PAINTED IT.
