GREAT!!!!!

On time, worked diligently, very polite and cleaned after himself. I am very pleased.

As promised, Shawn called me about 2-1/2 weeks later to set up the install date. On the appointed day, he and his worker, Rocco, arrived on time and got started immediately. Although Shawn did not stay on site, he contacted me by phone regarding a small situation that had surfaced that he wanted to clear with me before taking care of it. When I arrived at the home, everything was going very smoothly. His employee was very professional and personable. He did an excellent job installing the door level and square (the old door wasn't square in the opening). I was very impressed with his attention to detail. He did not stop and take breaks and waste time and I thought the charge of $330 was very fair. He cleaned up the area and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction before leaving. I was very pleased and called Shawn to let him know how happy I was with the work (he indicated that he had intended to make a follow up call to me but I beat him to it). I highly recommend Marquard Handyman services and because I have several ongoing projects, will definitely call Shawn again for service.

First, I'm sorry for getting this in so late. It's been about six months since Shawn did our kitchen and everyone who sees it raves about it! The detail that Shawn went through is hard to come by anymore. When Shawn said he was going to work, he was here and left only when he had done as much as he could for the day. He said the work was going to take about 3 weeks and it did. To gut a room, especially a kitchen, is a dirty job, but the amount of cleaning that I had to do afterwards was minimal, as far as I was concerned and on any given day, there was hardly anything that I had to do. Shawn always cleaned up after himself. I never had ANY problems with Shawn or the work he has done! I intend to have him do at least one bathroom in the future. I don't see any reason to check with anyone else. Shawn came over several times with estimates and blueprints of what the kitchen was going to look like, prior to the actual remodeling of our kitchen. We set up a time for him to start and that's when he started. He ALWAYS communicated with us as far was what was going on and asked us ot let him know if there was something else that needed to be done or changed. At this point in time the ONLY thing that I had to fix or adjust was our new faucet sprayer...it was leaking a little and all I had to do was hand tighten it and I've had no problems since. Thanks Shawn for a GREAT job!

Job was quoted over the phone. Company showed up 10 minutes early, did the work in the estimated amount of time, did a high quality job and cleaned up the area after completed.

They never called back with an estimate or to follow up with us at all.

I spent about $4000 on the job. I had an old garage which had to be completely replaced. I didn?t want to spend the money on that. He basically redid the whole roof and fixed everything. I liked everything about him. He did a great job. He was punctual and finished the job in the number of days stated. He stuck to the estimate and was very nice. He was able to work with me to figure something out that would work. I will use this company again in the future.

Shawn had said he would be able to get out to the house in the next day or so. He took all the information and particulars and said he would call before going out to the house. He did just that, installed the bars and the job was done! No muss no fuss! The work looked good, sturdy and cleaned up afterward. It was nice to work with someone who was diligent, personable and did what he said he would do without headache or drama.

They were fine. The representative did a decent work for the best price that we could find.

They did an excellent job! I am so happy with what they did! They were great guys. I am going to have them back as soon as they can get back.

Shawn came out within 1 day of my call, estimated the job, and e-mailed me an estimate the next day. He said that it would take about 1/2 a day and that he would order the lumber and be back in about 2 weeks. He came back in 2 weeks with the posts, already stained and ready to put up. He and his partner, Mike, were prompt and professional. They both worked without breaks, although my wife made them take some water, and completed the job in about 4 hours. When I came home that evening, the posts were up, the roof was correct and it looked like new...better than new actually. Shawn called about a week later to come by and make sure everything was right. He touched up some work (which I did not even notice) and did not charge us until everything was as we wanted. Great job! I will use them again for more work in the future.

Excellently - the house is a 1 floor Ranch and I was a bit worried about the wiring. The old hood was longer than the new one and the electrical connection is on the right side of the new one. The old one had the connection on the left side. Shawn removed the 1950 hood, installed the new hood, made sure that it worked correctly and cleaned up the plaster & old dust that had come down with the removal. He even put the old one at the curb for our garbage collection for me. I know that they are in the list as Remodeling, but he's a GREAT handyman. He even got along with my pudgey Beagle mix.

He did a lot of work for a lot less compared to another company we used in the past. They have done other jobs for me and have been very reasonably priced.

Case Handyman & Remodeling is a franchise, and I came to know of them through Angie?s List. They were very good, and we would definitely call them again if needed.

I found Case Handyman & Remodelers on Angie's List. I called them and spoke with Sean (the Owner) and asked for an estimate on the job I wanted done. Sean arrived at the time he gave me and we discussed the details of the job I wanted done. He provided suggestions and gave me considerable time to ask questions. He showed me copies of his insurance coverage, workers' compensation information and told me his employees must pass background checks, etc. He told me he would return with an estimate and contract if I chose to go ahead with his company. Sean called me and came over to my home and I signed his contract and gave him 50% payment with the remainder of the cost payable upon completion. On Thursday, August 6, 2009, Mike arrived at my home to begin the work. Mike worked very hard removing the old screening and prepping the porch for the painting. He returned the next day Friday, and painted the wooden areas. Both days Mike worked 8:00AM until 5:00PM stopping only to eat his lunch. Mike returned on Monday, August 10. He finished painting the porch floor. Sean returned with the lattice to go around the crawl space under the porch and installed the screening. When he was finished, Mike attached the wooden strips covering the seams and did touch up painting where it was needed. Another employee named Kelly arrived later in the afternoon to help Mike finish up the job. All three of the people associated with Case Handyman & Remodeling were very knowledgeble, professional and thorough. They explained in detail what was being done and invited me to check the work being done. Mike was attentive to every detail and left the area clean each evening before he left. When he left Monday afternoon, you couldn't tell anyone had been working on the porch, except it looked brand new. I am extremely pleased with the work I had done by them.

Both the cedar framing and the brick molding look very good. They did a quality job in a timely manner. Care was taken to ensure that the work area was clean afterwords. I was contacted after the fact to determine if I was satisified. When I mentioned one minor item it was promptly taken care of. I am already considering them for additional work.

They did a nice clean job. They cleaned the place up behind them, and hauled the old dishwasher away as well. I was very happy with their work.

The guys from Case did a fantastic job! They treated my home like it was their own and took the time to explain what to expect and the time line on how the project would proceed. Perfect. Clean and no big surprises. I now make a "To do" list just for them. I tell all my friend about them and brag about the work they do.
