Description of Work: They cleaned our living room, dining room and upstairs hallway and steps. Carpet appears clean as new but it was not very dirty and only 1 yr old. They claim to not use any chemicals, so I suppose only steam and a detergent were used. Seemed a little expensive but I am satisfied with the job overall.

Technician was very professional and responsive to questions and concerns. Used enzyme solution in addition to cleaning and deodorizing. So far the cat is happy!

+ -1 moreThey were very nice and did a good job. However, a few times things were left undone. For instance, they swept the bathroom and left it on the carpet in the master bedroom. After that, my husband said that he could do a better job than that, so I quit using them.
Description of Work: They came for cleaning services for about 5 months. They came every 2 weeks at first, but them I changed over to once a month. Price is for one day, for about a couple of hours. They did 3 bathrooms, kitchen, baseboards, and vacuumed the living room and steps upstairs.
