 + -1 moreMade an appointment with Andy from Lakota concrete on Monday March 18th at 12:00 NOON. Andy did NOT show up or call. I would think twice about calling Lakota Concrete for any projects you might have. Find this very unprofessional.

 + 0 moreThe project went fairly well. However, after the work was completed problems began to appear within six months. Areas of concrete actually separated from other areas and excessive cracking occured over large areas of the concrete. One area actually has the concrete "coming up". In May of 2011 Andy came to inspect the floor. He took pictures and said he would fix the problem. Since that time I have phoned him many times and left messages at both his business number and his cell phone. In June, Andy left a message on my answering machine assuring us that he would be here to fix the floor, but as of today (9/2/11) we have not seen any effort from Andy to keep his word and honor his contract. Numerous calls to his phone have gone un- returned. We finally heard from andy in October and all repairs got done.
Description of Work: Lakota Concrete (owner/president Andy Van Boxel) did a stamped concrete project in our basement.

 + -1 moreSAID THEY WOULD CALL ME TO MEET ME AT THE JOB SITE TO DISCUSS THE WORK. THEY WENT TO THE JOB SITE, PREPARED AN ESTIMATE, NEVER CALLED ME TO DISCUSS, AND QUOTED THE WRONG JOB.
Description of Work: ESTIMATE FOR POURING A STAMPED CONCRETE PORCH FLOOR.
