Brian/Jodway answered the phone, dispatched someone, and they were here in a hurry. He knew what the problem was before he looked. It was replaced in no time at all. Very friendly and curtious.

Prior to installation Jodway Heating and Cooling tried to salvage my 20 year old unit. Only when it was determined repair would be quite expensive and not cost effective did they recommend replacement. They were the lowest of three bids and did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and in a professional manner. We would recommend this company without any reservations.

Called Jodway and within an hour of the call my AC was fixed and up and running. The service tech, Don was very professional, well presented (didn't smell like smoke or alchohol) and the work was done quickly. He explained what he'd done and told me how I could fix it myself if it ever happend again.

The repair was very smooth...less than 20 minutes from start to finish. They had to replace an ignitor.

Don and Ryan did a thorough job of checking the furnace and the controls. they made sure that the heat exchanger was in good condition with no unusaul corrosion. they also checked that the ignitor was in good condition. They also thoroughly checked the A/C system. they found that the A/C needed some additional refrigerant and advised me before adding. Don and Ryan were very complete in checking both systems.

The humidifer was making a horrendous noise, and he came out very quickly and promptly and fixed it. He wrote that there was "excessive play in shaft. Bearing possibly going bad." The process of taking it apart and putting it back together seemed to work. He wrote on the form "customer will wait to see if it gets worse." It didn't get worse. He was very professional and courteous. Diagnosit charge was $69.00 and the water panel was $20.00

They did a very good job. They made sure to clean up after them selves. They were very professional. They came right on time and did the job in a timely manner. When we had something not work afterward they came right back out to check everything out.

I liked their service very much. They were prompt, on time, and the price was reasonable. They did a good job with no problems.

We had a great experience! Our technician stayed as long as we need him to in order to explain the A/C system and what he proposed was the culprit for it not working. He was prompt, professional, courteous and very accommodating. He tolerated all my questions (new home owner who never had A/C before!). He made several recommendations and allowed us to choose what would best fit our budget.

After calling, Brian called us back in less than 15 minutes. He said he was at a job, but would come out as soon as he was finished to take a look. He was there within an hour, stopping on his way home. After examining the furnace he found that the blower motor had frozen up and shorted out. He did not have another motor on the truck because it was used at the last house, but he said he would pick one up first thing in the morning and be there to fix the problem. Brian did what he said he would do! He definitely "went the extra mile" and fixed our furnace motor, checked out our air conditioner, and even located some water outlets in the ceiling for us! He was professional, friendly and courteous. I would call this company again.

I smelt burning and there was no heat in the house. He came out quickly.

After my long-time heating/cooling service technician went out of business, I called Jodway. They are terrific, and after receiving their invoice I was shocked that I was apparently being ripped off by my "trusted" prior furnace man. Jodway is a "keeper."

CHRIS CAME OUT AND SPENT ABOUT 45 MINUTES TRYING TO FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM. CLEANED OUTSIDE THERMOSTAT AND OUTSIDE UNIT. UNABLE TO DUPLICATE PROBLEM. TOLD ME WHAT TO MONITOR FOR (THIS WOULD HELP HIM TO KNOW THE EXACT PROBLEM)AND GAVE SUGGESTIONS AS TO POSSIBLE CAUSES. DID NOT CHARGE DUE TO THE FACT THAT HE COULD NOT LOCATE THE PROBLEM. TOLD ME TO CALL HIM BACK AFTER I MONITORED THE FURNACE AND HE WOULD COME BACK OUT. CHRIS CALLED A WEEK LATER TO FOLLOW UP AND I TOLD HIM THAT THE PROBLEM SEEMED TO BE GONE. HE SAID TO CALL HIM BACK IF IT REOCCURS. JODWAY WAS VERY PLEASANT ON PHONE. SET UP APPOINTMENT AND WAS ON TIME. CHRIS THE TECHNICIAN EXPLAINED TO ME POSSIBLE CAUSES AND ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS. CALLED A WEEK LATER TO FOLLOW UP. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY IN THE PAST AS WELL AND HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED.
