Installation took an extra day do to the 3 layers of shingles. Other than that, the job went smoothly. The team was super nice and would recommend them to anyone.

Too many complaints to list all. I was told roof would take one day - important to me because I have a very noise-sensitive fearful dog, so I needed to arrange to be gone while work was done. As soon as the crew mgr showed up, he informed me that estimator blew it, it would take two days. Estimator also emphatically explained how important venting was and that the right/best kind be used. When roof was eventually completed weeks later, no vents! Flashing looks also to not have been redone. I was supposed to be called within a day or so of work being completed to make sure all was in order before paying the balance (remaining half of quoted price) but no call came. Weeks later, I was billed (incorrectly for full amount - half was paid at start of job.) I explained that there were problems with the work (flashing, venting, etc) and that issues needed addressed before payment would be made. I received a corrected invoice, and was told my written note listing all of the problems would be passed along to not one but two project managers, telling them to get in touch with me ASAP. That was well over a month ago. Still no phone call, no nothing. My experience with this company has been nothing but awful. Trash in my yard (water bottle wrappers, food wrappers, cigarette butts, etc) and they even left a window (yes a great big 30 x 36 window in a frame) at the end of my yard, presumable because it was trash day and they thought it would get picked up. But they still left it there even though when they left, it was almost 7 PM and trash trucks had come and gone much earlier in the day. I have been waiting for issues to be resolved before writing this review, but perhaps moving forward with this will be one way of finally hearing from them and getting something done! Bottom line is - don't be fooled by a flashy, self-touting estimate that Gridiron Guys offers. If it sounds too good to be true, it is! Move on and hire someone else!

I contacted them at the end of July, they responded the next day asking for more details ... awesome! I replied within 24 hours and have never heard back from them again, it's now the end of September.

The project manager, Matt, arrived early on roof day, introduced the crew as they arrived and spoke to us about any concerns. Bryan and his crew did a great job! His crew was careful of plantings, covering windows & patio doors to prevent damage, moving furniture and potted plantings, stuffed gutter downspouts with rags to prevent clogging nails, swept the entire perimeter of the house and drive over & over for nails and roofing material. The crew kept everything neat and orderly. They were respectful and attentive. It took them a day and a half to complete. I didn’t expect the loaded dumpster to get picked up when the crew finished and left, but within the hour, the company was picking it up. The crew went above and beyond to remove the special gutter covers, labeled them and later re-installed as originally installed. Old roof vents were removed, holes capped with metal flashing. We requested and they went above & beyond to install a new roof vent cap (we purchased in advance) for the kitchen vent hood that wasn’t originally there. Matt met with us to follow up a week after completion. Matt went on the roof, inspecting the job with the homeowner. Gridiron Guys were professional, efficient and we are very happy with the work! Our home looks fantastic!

The staff at Gridiron Guys were professional from start to finish. A complete roof inspection and quote was performed. We were kept appraised of our appointment and scope of work. The crew showed up on time, and completed the entire job in 1-day!!! Paul and his crew were efficient, respectful and cleaned up everything at the end of the day. The price for the scope of work was comparable to other quotes. We highly recommend Gridiron Guys for your roofing needs.

I took off work to meet the company rep. We had a nice meeting and went over what needed to be done. We decided on an action plan for gutter replacement. He said he would send the estimate later that day. I never heard back with an estimate! I then contacted the company an additional two times, and they promised the rep would contact me with the estimate, and twice I never heard back on my follow up requests. So now I have to take off more time from work and start over with a more reputable company. What a waste of my time.

Very smoothly and quickly. Professional crew, great clean up. They worked with us when we had to clear the driveway for half-an-hour. It was a hassle for them but they were very accommodating.

Jake did an amazing job! Very professional, On time, Clean, and Did A great Job! Love the carpet. Makes the house look 10 times better!

Jake with Gridiron Guys did beautiful tile work in my house. He installed laminate throughout my first and second floor including stairs and carpeted my basement. Jake was very professional. He showed up when he said he would be here, promptly returned any phone calls, cleaned up, and used great quality materials. We are very happy!

We are completely happy with the finished work and have received so many complements. Jake was always on time and his prices were well worth the excellent work quality.

Carpeting jobs were meticulously done in very timely manner . Very pleased with quality of carpeting and padding. Jake's work ethic is to be admired. The ceramic tile in our bathroom was also done and looks great . We wouldn't think of having anyone else . When it's time for hardwood in our great room we know who to call .

The job was done quickly and efficiently. They were very professional and reasonable. We will definitely use them again.

They came out on April 25th for an estimate and I never heard from them again. I sent 2 emails, called and sent a couple of messages on FaceBook with no response whatsoever!

Everything went well. They finished the roof in just over one day, which was in line with their original estimate. Quality of workmanship looks great. Cleanup was very good . Their cost was roughly $2000 less than all of the other estimates I received. I would have preferred if someone could have given us some more advice on selecting a color, but other than that I had no criticisms .

The man came to look at our issue, climbed up on the roof and identified what he felt the issue was - took pictures and reviewed with us and everything. We were very pleased with that aspect of his work. He mentioned one of his colleagues was the expert in that area and he would have him call us in the next day or two. We never heard from them again. Disappointing.

Replaced sheathing, affected shingles, chimney flashing.....prompt reply to initial query, guys were prompt on day of work, cleaned up. Would use again.

Good price, friendly crew, done in one day. I'm happy.

Workers were prompt, completed roof tear off and re-roof in less than 7 hours. Clean up was immaculate. Would recommend them to anyone.

They were very efficient and they had great customer service. They were reliable and I was pretty happy with the job.

Project Manager Jeff Mohr communicated very well, answered all of my questions and kept me up to date on the timing of the job. Price very fair, job performed to my expectations and per the contract. I had new sheathing installed, backer board, EPDM membrane roofing system installed and new gutters on residential roof. They ensured all the details were complete before I made payment (no money down was requested). The install team and project manager demonstrated courteous professional behavior throughout the process. Would do business with again.

This is / was an extremely challenging job, both due to the design of the house and the weather conditions. Gridiron Guys started the job on the date I requested and completed about 75% of the work within my "desired" time frame (including working the weekends). They are finishing up the effort this week. The quality of the work has been excellent.

Very well. The on-sight crew was punctual, polite and courteous, very efficient, and extremely hard working, The quality of the work was first rate. The crew I had, led by Lawrence, were a very cohesive team, and were very detailed. They worked like dogs in the 95 degree heat with 99 percent humidity. I would recommend this crew to anyone. They were experienced, professional, and extremely well-priced.

WOW!!!?Jeff came out to the house and checked the roof and the attic and came to the same conclusion that I had come to and that it was coming in around the stack pipe.After a close look he explained to me that there was a leak where the caulking let go on the stack pipe right under the hood that protects the area from water getting in. He said that it probably only leaks when we get those driving rain storms and the rain can blow up under that hood. He said he could fix it for me even though he didn't have to. I offered to pay him and he said it was not a problem. Now I call that customer service and would recommend this company to anyone.? Thanks Gridiron Guys and Jeff.
