Our company offers Roofing, Siding and Gutter replacement/installation. We do tear-off and re-roofs, layovers, and roof repairs. We can work on pitched roofs, flat roofs, existing roofs and new constructions. We do siding and we can also install and replace skylights, gutters, windows, doors and porches. Gridiron Guys is now proud to offer their expertise for all of your flooring needs as well. We can install flooring such as laminate, hardwood, ceramic tile and carpet.

Services we don't offer

Gutter repair, Metal roofs, Gutter cleaning. Hardwood Floor Re-finishing. Gridiron Guys only offers flooring install services, no floor re-finishing of any kind

Description of Work: We needed a complete tear off and a whole new roof. Team arrived on time and finished with the tear off very fast. Problems did start after that with not enough ice guard and no vent for the bathroom (previously agreed). We were told they finally had enough ice guard for 6 feet which was promised. Vent arrived later and was installed. I believe this crew was in a hurry before the long weekend and tried to get it out of the way. |After they left we did a final inspection in the attic and on the roof. |Turns out two or three of the ridge vents were either improperly cut or NOT cut at all. There were several areas that had exposed nails as well. We had to wait around 2 weeks for them to come out and fix the problems mentioned. Then we noticed the exposed nails were not covered as previously advised. They came out after yet another week to cover. |We also negotiated an extended warranty with no additional fees. The office had no idea this was to be done and after some research finally filed it. |Overall absolutely not what I expected. There seems to be a lot of issues with the team communicating together. |After a few headaches and adjustments to roof looks good. I hope it will function good as well.
