Great job! Excellent contact when service was reserved and very timely appointment. Quick service and communication about next steps. Recommended.

Checking gutters was good, checking roof was good. Took pictures on ipad to illustrate. Was told that I needed flashing repair and someone would call me with estimate. I never received a call. Except for not receiving a phone call, which is the reason I rated responsiveness a "C", service was good.

They worked out fine and are good people. I have not had any problems and they were honest. The work was not necessary, which was cool. They were very nice and straightforward. I have no complaints whatsoever. The price was fine. The work was quick and efficient. I will probably be using them again quite shortly. I had them give me on an estimate on fixing my porch while they were here.

Very prompt, professional. Contacted me right away by email and showed up as promised. He took pictures of needed chimney repairs and gave written estimate as well as followed up with email but did not pressure us.

They came on time, did the job and left.

They were great, found small shingle that had popped off and completed the repair as well as sunk any nails that were sticking up. They also added some nails to the ridge vent that was loose and resealed the vent pipe. Great value for the service provided, very professional and prompt, would highly recommend.

What can I say ? They came, they worked, I was satisfied.

They arrived on time and completed the work and estimate within one and one half hours. Gave a competative quote and how the work would be done.

The deal on Angie's List stated that they would contact me on or before Monday, 7/15 to schedule the job. On 7/17 when I had still not heard from them, a representative from Angie's List said they would contact the company and ask them to set up a time to perform the service. UPDATE: I received a call from Gridiron Guys today. They were very apologetic and explained that they had had overwhelming response to the Deal, and that while the majority of purchases went without problem, there were some for whom they did not receive contact details for, including myself. We scheduled them to come out tomorrow to perform the services. This was a satisfactory resolution for me.

Every thing went well, I have a leak that was hard to find. , These guys were great they found the problem right away. They sent out a quote with-in a couple of days. At this point I am waiting to have the work done, but for the initial job of finding the leak I was quite please because others that I tried could not find it. Update as of 10/30/2013: The guys came back out in September to fix the problem and was not able to find the leak. They refunded me $150 of what I paid. They were very polite and professional about it.

first, they were extremely pleasant and nice to deal with on the phone. Seems to be a family company and a lot of pride within that. They showed up on time and got the work done quickly. Unfortunately, I was not there to speak to them directly, and didn't have a report to say what they did initially. When I contacted them about it, they were very apologetic, wrote me a detailed report and spoke to me directly about the roof and what they did. Even offered to do another property for free because they wanted me to feel they were a quality company. I spoke to Bill Jr. mostly, and I would trust him and his company again without a doubt. I did schedule them to come do another property based on this positive experience

Crew was punctual and professional. Potential issues were identified. Minor issues were addressed where possible. Gutters were satisfactorily cleaned and have performed well during the very wet month of June. Quote for the eventual roof replacement was very reasonable.

Did a very good job and found a couple of problems with chimney cover and flashing which are being repaired.

Bill Sr. came and provided a quote as well as details about their company. We felt very comfortable with him, his company and their quote was the best of the three we obtained. Our association board requested a sample of the shingle to be used which he brought out a separate day. The day they were to replace the roof it was one of those all day rain kind of days - I was glad they cancelled the job. The second day we were scheduled - another rainfest. Third day was the charm. A whole herd of guys replaced the roof in one day. The bill arrived in the mail just as the quote - no added items. I would recommend this roofing company. They are personable, return calls right away, and do a great job.

I would highly recommend these guys. They were quick to respond and they were honest. They told me that my roof had some years left. They also gave me an estimate for the future to do my roof. I have to say that I was somewhat skeptical when I bought the coupon for the gutter cleaning and these guys did everything to negate my skepticism.

I called the company on a Tues. and the person who took the call was very easy to deal with. He said he would have someone out in the next few days to do the job; and they would call before they come. The very next day I got a knock on my door and it was the roofers asking if it was a good time for them to take a look at the problem. The said they were in the area and just took a chance I would be home, but if it was not a good time they were willing to come back. They assessed the leak and quickly replaced the damaged collar/gasket. I would not hesitate to call on The Gridiron Guys again if and when I need a roofer. UPDATE: When I wrote my original review just after the job was completed, we had not had any of those strong, windy storms. I loved the service I received, but could not rate the work. Since then, we have had many storms with high winds, and the work that they did is perfect. No leaks!!!

I would give them "A" on everything.

Responded to my phone query with prompt quote after examining work area. Informed me of available dates and performed work promptly. Work was professional and handled without disruption of schedule or surroundings. They included possible weather dates and gave me preliminary ideas about another project. Bill was prompt and accurate and gutters are excellent.

They were very professional to work with in every way and offered a very competitive rate considering that they had to make at least three trips to our home to complete the work. I'm happy to recommend them and would definitely call them first for similar needs.

As part of a larger home restoration/insurance claim, a home restoration company set me up with this company. They removed and replaced my garage roof in the course of an afternoon. They were professional and did a quality job. The clean up was good, but not great. I would use them again in the future.

He was honest, didn't push a sale. Very nice guy.

Spoke to Bill on the phone about getting some work done on my roof. He said one of his guys would call me back to take a look and write up an estimate, but they never called me back.
