GLASS SYSTEMS INC

We,in the trade of servicing and restoring old British cars, Jaguars particularly, have relied on Joe Roskoph to install our glass since the early 80's. I needed to have a windscreen installed in a 1969 Jag E Type 2 + 2 and have called him and spoken to him since early this year 2015. Not once has he returned (MY) phone call, and every time I make an appointment with him over the phone he has told me he will be here. Never once has he called to say he got tied up, got sick, had a death in the family....nothing! This has happened 6 times this year. I'm still waiting to have the glass installed. He's always asked me if the car was reassembled and ready to go. What the heck difference does that make? If we need to have the glass installed when I call him, that's when I need it done, weather it is ready to drive or it's a bare tub without a single screw on it's chassis! All of my other contacts I've called to get other referrals tell me there is no one in Cleveland that does the early Jags. That's the only reason I continue to try and schedule him to do it. DO NOT USE JOE ROSKOPH! He is the most unreliable contractor I've encountered in years!

Joe Roskoph went above and beyond to perform an outstanding repair on a windshield that other auto glass providers wouldn't touch. The job was complicated by some border rust. Joe not only performed excellent service, but was prompt and reasonable. This outfit really knows what they are doing. Great customer service. I would endorse them completely!

You get what you pay for and with this company its quality. I was not at home when they came to fix my car. However my wife stated they were punctual and professional. My car looked just like it did when I brought it home. Unfoutunately the next week I broke my windshield again. This time the insurance company made me use a competitor: Safelite. The tech commented he was suprised that the windshield was replace because it looked like it was a factory install! While Safelite was 60% the cost of Glass Systems, they have had to come back out twice to do the work right. Still the seams are not as crip around the glass. Definitley go with Glass Systems: worth the money and time!
